Pharmacy is understaffed. They don't have time to care. Had an issue with a prescription and she could not care less. I heard her talking to a corporate customer service person for cvs saying " people can just complain to corporate." The hours are shorter than all the other CVS stores near us as well. We have been going to this store exclusively since it opened, but after today are going to switch to another pharmacy all together.

The pharmacy staff knows their business, though there are often lines when it re-opens after the lunch break. It often takes longer to get the medicine than I'd expect and/or that I have experienced in the CVS in Gainesvillle, FL where I was a customer for many years. It's time for CVS upper management to invest some money into this store. It needs to be better lit, have better flooring, be better staffed. It is very cluttered with seasonal, non-drug items in the aisles. There is often a long line to check out. It doesn't give the impression of being clean and well organized as a pharmacy should be. I don't understand why it isn't being updated.

My experiences with the CVS in Branchville have been consistently positive. I always receive the support that I need from friendly, knowledgeable members of the team. The people in the pharmacy are kind and helpful. The managers and the support staff members are skilled at finding products I need and in giving information about the products. For me, CVS in Branchville is an invaluable resource. I am grateful!

Staff is unprofessional, unapologetic, and behind schedule. 50 minute + wait to get a prescription for my 1 year old - I left before I got it, so it's unclear how long they actually took. When I arrived, I was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I inquired about the status and was told it would be another 20+ minutes. At this point, I left - and I NEVER plan to return.

Dover Saddlery was recommended, as my daughter just started riding lessons and I need to buy a helmet and boots. Unfortunately they sold me a helmet that did not fit her, even with 2 employees helping. When I went to return it, one of the other young employees accidentally charged me a second time instead of crediting me back. I've only heard positive things about this place, but my experience was severely lacking and it seems to be due to lack of training for their younger employees, who don't know that much about what they are selling.

the line is always long. clearly understaffed or not managed well. people dont want to stand in line all day. u have soooo many cash-registers. and sooo many customers waiting to check out. and one person at the register. again my daily goal isnt to stand in ur line.

Best tack store I've ever been to. They have beautiful stuff and the service is always fast and they are always so nice! Last week, my daughter and I went in the get sized for a new helmet and tall boots that would be apart of her Christmas gift. She got sized for a helmet first and tried on different sizes and found one she really liked. It fit her nice and the person who was helping us did a couple test to make sure it fit. After she found one that fit we decided we were going to buy it. Then, we went over to get sized for tall boots and the girl measured my daughter. She went back into the room with all the stuff and found a couple sizes to see what would fit. Unfortunately, they didn't have her size at the store which we were fine with and they offered to special order the size for us. We accepted the offer and they told us they would call us when the boots were in. Less then a week later they called my wife. We are trying to find the time to go in and have my daughter try the size on but we will go back:) totally not a waste of time I totally recommend shopping here, they have such a huge selection and the staff is so nice!!

As a first time horse owner they could not be more helpful and spent allot of time with my family and me explaining and showing us everything. We could not be more satisfied. I suffer from PTSD and a stroke and this is my therapy horse. We Love This Place and Their People. Great Staff!!

First time there, went in around 11am, stayed for about 20 minutes I wasn't given even a look, let alone a greeting from any employee (at least 3 of them, not super busy). I'll shop somewhere else.

Was just in and can't say any different than Michelle prior to me has said. Customer service was outstanding. Selection was great. Store is very large so they carry most everything I'd imagine you could need or want for equestrian sports. Store was very organized and clean!!! Definitely will be back when we need more supplies.

Dover is known for their customer service and this store is no exception. Every employee is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They really take them time to help and assist and never make you feel rushed. They're a bit further for me to go to than Beval, however I will happily drive the extra miles to ensure I get fantastic customer service and a smile. They also back their products they sell 100% which is a great plus in my book. You can also easily return items you purchased online as well.
