I went in for an oil change. The two men at the service counter were rude, dismissive, uninformative, and had absolutely no customer service skills. I will never give this service center my business again. They lost a potential lifelong service customer with a new jeep wrangler over an oil change. You are better off going to Meadowlands or Danbury Jeep.

Pamby’s stellar reputation is built on great service and integrity. The dealership operates with transparency and does not take advantage of its customers unlike other brands. There was no “COVID surge pricing” when I bought a truck. You also can’t beat lifetime free oil changes. The service center is fantastic and explains all issues in a clear manner for the everyday person. The technicians and service members will look to save you money, because they don’t just want your business—they want your children and future generations to come here. No wonder this company has been around for 75 years in Ridgefield.

I had my van towed in because it's a Dodge handicap conversion van and they were able to look it over. They weren't able to work on my van because it was a conversion van and I had to have it brought back home. I brought it to Danbury Dodge and they were able to fix the door. The problem I was having is the sliding door wasn't staying on the track.

My Jeep Wrangler would not start and my local Norwalk service center could not look at my car for 2-3 weeks. I spoke to Nick at Pamby and he was able to look at my car within 24 hours and it was fixed by Day 2. It has been running very smoothly and I am very grateful they fit me into their schedule so I had a working car. Thanks Nick and team!

Pamby has always been great to me. Even back in the 90s when I bought my first car there (an Eagle Talon) to now, when I get my Jeep serviced. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They were able to squeeze me in before a road trip to change my oil and rotate my tires.Even calling on the phone is easy. All departments are very helpful. You'll probably pay a bit more because you're going to a dealer, but you know you'll get factory parts and they'll make sure everything is working as expected for your car. It's more reassuring than going to your local garage to fix something.I'll keep going as long as I have my Jeep.

Took my 2012 10 year old jeep there 3 times to fix an ABS light problem. first said i had to replace a sensor. Light came back on $450. then told me need new wheel bearing, 550. then told me need new abs module. 1020. 1 day after the module change and 2k in the light came back on with the same code. now they told me need a new connector at the ABS module because it was damaged and it would cost another 1020 to fix... i took the car home and inspected the module connector and turns out its not damaged at all. then i inspected the connector at the sensor they changed the first time around seems that the connector on the car side at that sensor has been the issue the whole time. so i fastened it tightly and taped it... guess what 2 weeks now and no light on. these people are either crooks or have no idea what they are doing. side note on one of the times i went to pick up the car. it wouldn't start so the guys jumped me and asked if i wanted them to put a new battery. i went home and looks like it wouldn't start because they didnt tighten the battery clamp.... I wen there because i thought it was reputable i should of done my research first. im mostly angry that i let them take advantage of me. I am mechanically inclined but have no time to do any of the work i can imagine how many people are getting ripped off here daily and have no idea.

My wife took her jeep in for an oil change..service rep said her brakes are shot ..needs all four new rotors..$1000 estimate probably more...Brought it to a reputable service center...no rotor problem at all...this service rep weasel must get a commision for ripping people off...and the dealership condones or rewards this behavior

Bumping your vehicle ( not purchased from them)for one that was purchased from them during a scheduled appointment is their policy. Communication of services and times are lacking.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Jeep there for a simple tire size calibration, walked out paying 336.00. When I called back to question why the charge is so much, and to ask for part of my money back, I was told well you agreed to it, and that "That's what Chrysler charges us". I called five other dealerships and the charge for tire calibration is about $130. This is exactly what I paid for my other Jeep same model. I took my other Jeep Wrangler there a few months ago for a free Jeep wave service. I was told well since you have "oversized tires", we're going to charge you $75 extra for the tire rotation. Took it to another dealer and tire rotation was done for free as part of the free wave service, and as a makeup for what this Pamby dealership refused to do. I kind of knew then not to interact with this dealership, but I figured since they're 5 minutes away, and what could possibly go wrong with a simple tire calibration. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. Drive the distance to a reputable dealership, where you will drive away with peace of mind. This establishment Pamby Motors is a blight on the beautiful town of Ridgefield. I'm very surprised that this beautiful town would host such an unreputable place. Very sad that Residents of this town have to drive many extra miles to find a dealership that won't rip them off.
