I made an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I was checked in and had my blood drawn painlessly by the technician. She was incredibly efficient and extremely pleasant - in a very busy environment! I only wish I remembered her name because she is a credit to your organization!

I had a great experience at this location. The self check-in is easy to use and convenient. I had a very short wait. I loathe getting my blood drawn, but it was very manageable at Quest. I told the phlebotomist before hand that I am not good with needles. She kept me talking and before I knew it, I got through it. I barely felt anything, she was skilled at her job.

The lab tech was very professional and personable. She put me at ease immediately. The wait was nominal, about 10 minutes. In and out!!

Five years ago I would not have had the same opinion, but the ladies currently working there do an amazing job from check-in to drawing blood and everything in between. I will be using Ridgefield Quest for all my needs moving forward.

Save your family time and aggravation by not going to this location. I went yesterday and was told they don't take walkins after 345. I said but you will be closed tomorrow due to the snowstorm. She told me they would be opened today. I didn't receive any cancelation by text or email. I checked online and it said they were open. I drove over there and the office was locked up closed.

Horrible experience. Keith had the least friendly demeanor and service. I get frequent bloodwork and will never go to this location.

Great, professional, conscientious knowledgeable phlebotomists. Scheduling online is easy. Yes, the check in system is beyond irritating in many respects. Sad to say, people have discovered this location... so it is now quite busy.

Tina was absolutely amazing with my 5 year old son. He was apprehensive about his first-ever blood-draw but from the moment Tina came to get us from the reception area, she was his champion and we didn't miss a beat in the process. I can't speak highly enough of her thoughtful and caring approach that put him and kept him at ease. Thank you!
