“To be honest, I don't really do a lot of reviews.And i'm not even sure that right now.I can take this space, but katie was phenomenal.She was patient without being pushy, and even if I don't go there right now.Because the timing is a little off all I keep thinking is I really want to go back to see her when i'm ready.Can't say enough about it.Spot was great accessible but not easily seen.And had a gate again, really was about katie.To be honest, well done, look forward to doing business again.Soon at either location”

“If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We moved a 3-bedroom home from Connecticut to Pennsylvania. This team worked hard to pack us on day 1, load us on day 2, and deliver to our new home 4 hours away on day 3. Each day, they exceeded our expectations. They were efficient and careful with our belongings, were conscientious to ask questions when they weren't certain what to do, and seemed to be an extremely well-oiled machine with the right materials, tools, and expertise. Matthew, team lead, clearly demonstrated a wealth of experience and a truly pleasant and friendly customer service attitude. We came to be delighted when he and the crew would arrive, that's how unexpectedly blessed our interactions with each of the members of the team were: Antonio, Philipe, Hillary, Nelson, Rafael, Matthew and the owner Leo. This team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my husband and I were well cared for. I haven't seen hard work mixed with genuine kindness and joy for the work environment in a very long time. I know that The Lord Himself sent Leo and his team to us! “Fantastic storage facility for personal items and businesses. Easily the nicest storage facility I've used. Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful. The building and storage units are always spotless, the building is always properly heated/cooled, and there's always plenty of moving carts to use. They also have a great discount program for non-profits.”

“I came in looking for storage the young lady at the desk stood up to greet me with a big smile. I’ve never rented Storage so she explained everything to me. She was very nice. I ended up renting up the street just because that site didn’t have any indoor temperature unit. But I would definitely suggest to my family and friends to rent there because she had really great customer service. I can’t remember her name something with an S.”
“I am visiting in a 32 ft RV and had propane refilled twice at this location. Very friendly and prompt. Even when I had to wait a short while, they came out within a minute to let me know they would be with me shortly.”
