Joann and staff are great honest and professional!!! Lived in town 34 years and only hear all very positive things and have had a great experience when we sold our house and brought many of our contents to Joann!!!

I went one week and saw a table I liked. I told the polite saleswoman I'd return for it if the measurements worked. They did and I went back 3 days later to buy it and the rudest staff imaginable were there. After making me feel unwelcome the man and woman working there proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes bad-mouthing several customers in front of me. They said horrible things about regular customers. In front of a customer. Zero sense or discretion. Don't go unless you want strangers knowing your business. Not for me...
