This review is mostly targeted to pharmacy. The people there are miserable, heartless and mean. Average time to pick up simple prescription is approximately 30 min. I’ve had numerous prescriptions called in and they apparently disintegrate upon arrival causing me to repeat process and doctors don’t understand how a pharmacy could be so incompetent. It seems like the employees are on a work release program and would rather be doing anything else but I’m pretty sure it is at will? Good luck if you try to use this place and budget a lot of time.

They have been slow for some time now but this is the second time I have a scripted submitted by doctors office and its not filled with in 48 hours. I stopped by and one lady was very nice and said she would work on it but when i returned the next day a new attend was rude and said it wasn't ready. I took for me to ask her how will i know when its ready for pick up so i don't keep coming back she said "we will text you" and now it's been 3 days, hopefully I get it soon. I have already started to notify my doctors to switch my pharmacy on file.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. However the pharmacy is understaffed and under stocked for most meds and their hours of operation don’t correspond with most pharmacy hours. Open late close early etc. The time it takes to fill meds at this Walgreens is measured in centuries.

Pharmacy closes before 6 pm. Outside window closes even earlier. It is sooo disappointing. Management does not even try to fix their problems.

Very friendly staff in the entire store, pharmacist is very helpful and found be the best price on something insurance didn't cover. Even the technicians will help you navigate something confusing.As for reviews that mention irregular hoursLike all pharmacies in this area of the country, they suffer from a shortage of staff which is why you see most pharmacies including this one closed from 1:30-2pm daily for lunch, or an unannounced closing if staff is not available. Fortunately there are several nearby Walgreens that can transfer a RX easily to be filled if needed quickly.

I've been so frustrated with the CVS being out of stock and just being a mess that I've been going here. So far I'm happy but haven't tried the pharmacy part

terrible service, pharmacy run poorly, impossible to get a vaccine or shot, always out of stock, prescriptions rarely ready in timely manner.

Not sure why the current rating is not better. My experience to-date is great. The team at the pharmacy is professional, polite and responsive. I'm being educated and guided through the move to Medicare:) thank you ?.On the commercial side, the place is clean, very organized, i can find what i need at a drugstore. The cashier is a young and customer service oriented, acting always professionally and carry a serious focused look.Thank you WALGREENS.

This is the epitome of what can go wrong with a big corporate structure. Not that all big companies end up this way, but if there were ever a textbook example then Walgreens should be a case study on what can go wrong.

Do not under any circumstances rely on this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. They are chronically understaffed and the pharmacy is often closed without warning for an entire day. I had a script called in late Thursday from a medical office; went in yesterday (Friday) but the pharmacy was closed for the day as there was no pharmacist but the manger said, no problem, it will be open tomorrow (Saturday). Called this am (Saturday) and it is closed again for the day. So a script that was called in Thursday can't be picked up until Monday - assuming a pharmacist shows up for duty. This is at least the 4th time in the past two years this I have seen this has happened. The state should pull their license.

Employee couldn't even look up from or stop using his phone to check me out. Line of people behind me... purchase took 5 times longer than it should have... Customer service is dead.

This place is okay for shopping, but they do not give good service to customers and do not behave well even with the employees, so this place is not good for job, there manager is not good they make you wait a lot to give photos
