Efficient and personal. The pharmacist helped me get my medication through insurance even through another tried to make me pay $620. They know my name and are very cautious with medications.

I showed up one hour ahead of my vaccination, the pharmacist told me to come back in one hour. Unwilling and unable to be flexible. Avoid!

The absolute worst CVS I've ever experienced!! The pharmacist was very rude and not helpful!! Dirty and seemed to be a bad location as far as safety

Just went to minute clinic and had the worst experience. Came in to get the ear irrigation and the woman said no I didn't have wax in my ears so couldn't get it and tried to charge me $99 for the full visit anyways because it's "still a visit" and literally wouldn't stop asking me questions or let me leave. Never ever go here. It's fraudulent

I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted a snack and water to bring back to the room. Lots of snacks in the front of the store (healthier options available) and tons of water bottles in the cooler section.

Horrible service. I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic for a flu shot, showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and was told I'd have to wait 30+ minutes because of walk-ins. When I asked what the point was in making an appointment, the woman running the clinic shrugged and walked away. I left.

Obnoxious self-important manager (for purposes of identification only: white, blonde, middle-aged woman) holds up the line so she can instruct the cashiers (who appeared to be doing just fine without her). She then micromanaged the line, telling (incorrectly) customers entering from different directions who was in front of whom, something customers typically and very easily work out amongst themselves. Frustrated prison guard.
