“Palmers pharmacy is a very unique place in the sense that it's service oriented. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.”

“This Whole foods really seems to be fully stocked. What a massive store this is. They also have a cool walk through beer fridge where shoppers can browse all different beers. The staff here seem nice. Oh and by the way bathrooms here are actually on the nice side. I have not purchased anything from this location as I really only come to do beer samplings but everytime I come I am just always amazed on how fully stocked and just how big this whole foods is. I only really know the beer area and they have a great selection of beers and non-alchi beers as well.”

“customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers like their household staff.”
