Vanessa was especially helpful today when I shipped the wrong item to my son. She very quickly helped me resolve the issue by getting my original package back so I could send the right one. This store is top notch!”
“This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!”

“I rely heavily on this location for business shipping and I have come to really consider this team an extension of my own. Get to know them if you come in often and you will find an extremely thoughtful staff that is able to catch errors, save you money, and handle shipping at a professional level. Everyone has a kind attitude especially if you have one as well. The parking sucks, there’s no getting around that. But the service is so quick that spaces open up quickly and the gas station next door never seems to have a problem if you park there for 2 min to run something in.”
