The nurse I saw for myself and my son was kind and helpful. But the entire administrative experience has been an absolute nightmare. I think the idea behind the minute clinic is that it's supposed to be EASIER than going to a doctor and this experience has been FAR MORE COMPLICATED. There is ALWAYS a long wait (at least 30 minutes), even when you have an appointment and even when there is seemingly no one else there. But the absolute worst part about Minute Clinic is the payment process. When I checked in, they had me enter my credit card information on a screen and confirm that I was OK with using that credit card to pay for my visit. (They also, by the way, had me my enter my primary care doctor's information on the check-in screen so they could share the results of the visit with her). Apparently they do this just for fun, because they neither used the credit card I entered to pay my bill, nor did they send any of the information to my doctor. Instead, a few weeks later, I started receiving text messages telling me I had a bill. When I clicked the link in the text message it took me to a website that LOOKED easy to use, but which didn't recognize my date of birth or my son's date of birth. As a result, I had to call to pay my bill. During that process, I was disconnected twice, the phone system stopped recognizing the number 1 during the call (a pretty important number during the phone billing process) so I had to hang up and call back. I finally paid the bill but it was an INFURIATING process. I thought my doctor's office was bad, but this is AWFUL.It's fine if CVS doesn't have the online check-in process worked out to accept credit cards or share results with primary care physicians, but they shouldn't be leading people to believe that they will do these things when they actually don't. That is POSITIVELY AWFUL customer service.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment!

I had flu symptoms all weekend with a fever and wanted a flu test without having to wait hours at an urgent care. Plus, it’s Sunday and I can’t get in touch with my GP. Made an appointment same-day (lots of options) and I saw Claire. She was amazing, knowledgeable, and so kind. I felt like I was seeing my regular doctor. Office was clean and very nice. Will def go back if I ever need a weekend appointment. The whole thing took 20 min.

I tried to get a C-19 Booster for my daughter and the tech keeps calling to say they are out of stock 30 min before my appointment and that she doesn't know when they will get restocked. I finally had to go to White Plains and they said there are no stocking issues. She also asked my nanny irrelevant personal questions before giving her vaccines. This Clinic is preventing people from getting good healthcare.

Beware. As is the trend with CityMd and other convenience clinics being sued for predatory billing practices their billing policy will leave you paying out of pocket for what should be a free Covid test. I came to this clinic in November for a PCR, and was made to sit through irrelevant screening questions about my health, including ones that should have been included on a standard patient intake form relating to my alcohol and tobacco use. Even with insurance a month later I received a bill for almost 100 dollars with line items coded as ‘tobacco and alcohol consultation’. Avoid places like this and contest these charges with your insurance company if possible. Lesson learned.

I came into the Riverside CVS at 7:10pm, they said they are open until 7:30 (and had no appointments the rest of the evening). I was in a lot of pain. My throat hurt a lot. I asked for a strep test. They refused to see me because they said they only see patients after 7pm if they have a scheduled appointment. Mind you, I was in severe pain and needed this test. I guess she wasn't a doctor, because the Hippocratic oath meant nothing to her. Or, there is an exception to being able to get home early? Anyway... I drove an hour away from my house the next day afternoon, and yes, I did have Strep Throat. I can't remember a time I was more disappointed in a human being.

Covid denier? Please do not waste your money. Tested pos for Covid was told by racist Veldmar that.I had a bad cold! She is condescending . After I demanded treatment she gave me a prescription for antiviral. She never washed her hands before examining me. You could tell she doesn’t believe in Covid. Told me to get honey.. she needs to be fired!

To my understanding, this is a clinic that also accepts walk-in. I needed one shot for pre-employment vaccination and I arrived a little b4 11Aam. Made an appt. Since I didn't see any check-in options for walk-in and the only option was 1150AM, so after waiting, this lady arrives, and when the nurse comes out of the exam room, she tells me that I need to wait after the new lady that arrived because she has an appt. Although I been waiting an hour and it was almost 12pm. Terrible service.

Waste of time, don’t come here! Didn’t honor our two appointments and they couldn’t care less.

I had an appointment for a Rapid Covid-19 at 12noon. Melissa the nurse kept going in and out of the shack and saying she would be right with us. 25 mins later, she called me to say she Would be right out. I had to then call her to ask her if she wasn’t going to perform the test, then I would just leave. She then came out and did the test, needless to say it took 50 minutes. I believe she’s on drugs. Horrible experience

The nurse or whoever works at the minute clinic today 1/11/21 is prejudice. Skipped me when I was registering to check in after she gave verbal confirmation that it was okay to register. I was on time but someone was ahead of me registering at the kiosk. The nurse told this Caucasian women to come in who had an appointment after me. Her name was displayed after mine her appointment was 30min after mine. After the nurse said to me to continue registering. She never came out to talk to me or display any customer service. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Was not informed until I arrived that my insurance would not cover a physical.
