“This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!”
“All of my poster business will now be done with PostNet. I had 17 posters to be printed - 2’x3’ in size. I ordered my posters originally from an on-line service, and the night before my event, I found out they would not arrive to me on time. I called PostNet at 4pm, and Frank the owner was absolutely amazing. He was able to give me an email and upload all my files to him by the next morning. He had them printed and ready for my event by 2pm. (And it was a bonus to how convenient the store front is off of 95). This was a very important project to me personally, and I want my gratitude to shine through this review. I have worked in the print industry for a career, and I can also attest to the quality of the vinyl and the images. They were clear to the point that you could see the turf particles flying into the air in an action shot of a lacrosse player. My original files wouldn’t open, and rather than Frank calling me, he was able to trouble shoot with his in-house designer. His designer had to take my file from photoshop to illustrator to fix an issue - but just did it! To find an owner so kind, competent and accommodating is a gem. Frank rocks!”

Get to know them if you come in often and you will find an extremely thoughtful staff that is able to catch errors, save you money, and handle shipping at a professional level. Everyone has a kind attitude especially if you have one as well. The parking sucks, there’s no getting around that. But the service is so quick that spaces open up quickly and the gas station next door never seems to have a problem if you park there for 2 min to run something in.”
