“Went for Notary services. Super friendly staff, everyone was smiling and in a good mood - took care of shipping what I had brought too. The art of customer service is clearly not lost here. Will drive out of my way to give them my business next time.”
“First I had trouble finding it. Then when I saw the name on a single glass door along with Party City, thought maybe it was a corporate office or something. But no, the big Staples I was used to is down that staircase from this side of the mall, and opens up on the other side of the building with its big recognizable red marquee. If you are coming in from the strip mall side, where the entrances to Old Navy, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, etc. are, it’s a “back entrance” in the corner near Target (wrap around to the right); just a single, poorly marked glass door. That said, once you get in there, you can conveniently return Amazon packages at both their onsite UPS counter, or Amazon drop off (USPS) counter. No line for either when I was there about 3 PM on a weekday. Store seemed spacious and clean, and employees were polite. I can’t speak for the main entrance side, but from the mall side, parking was plentiful. Will go again, now that I know how to find it!”
“The only reaoson way i dont give it 5 stars is bc we had a tecnical issue that didnt allow me to track the boxes, I was going crazy but CINDY very patiently, professional and kind keep me informed off all details during the transportacion of my maritime shipping, everything arrived in perfect conditions and within the time i was told. I will use this company again if i need to. Highly recomended.”

“The Cos Cob post office has the best postmaster, Frank. He goes above and beyond and I am always confident in mailing important packages since they arrive at their destination on time, unlike every other post office.”
“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

“I had an AMAZING experience with Anthony at The UPS Store in Riverside! I first called with several questions, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came in person, he continued to answer every single question I had.
He even came outside to measure my item, carried it inside for me, and took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to carry it, pack it, tape it, or worry about a thing—Anthony handled the entire process from start to finish.
He was so smart, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Seriously, WOW! This is what great customer service looks like. Anthony absolutely deserves Employee of the Month! The UPS Store is lucky to have him. I left so happy and impressed with the service I received. Thank you, Anthony sooooo much!!!! He was there today 08/19/26 at 5:30 PM!!!”
