The staff are friendly, extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, offering one-on-one expert advice. They ease the shopping experience and get you to the right location. The store stocks an extensive selection of over 18,000 products, including paint, lawn and garden items, and all the little things big box stores don't have. They provide solutions to everyday home maintenance needs. Their prices are equal to or lower than the big box stores, and they have a decent rewards program. Customers always walk out satisfied and would definitely recommend this old school hardware store.
Such a great shopping experience. The staff were both friendly and helpful. It was a positive experience from getting pointed in the right direction to being met at the door as I was returning my cart. I definitely plan on making return visits to this store.

I went in benadryl I was told they had a part in stock. Unfortunately they didn't offer it but the employee looked up in the computer where I could go and gave me a relative part number
