“We love our 2BR apartment. Lynne, the property manager is wonderful as are the maintenance staff. They are on the ball! Whenever we've had a maintenance issue (which is rare), they've always addressed it quickly and efficiently. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and, most of the neighbors are very friendly. Our only issue is our upstairs neighbors are very noisy but, that's the cost of apartment living.”

“I recently moved into Ribbon Mill Apartments and am happy to share my positive experience. My apartment hunt ended here, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff, particularly Samantha, who was informative and caring right from my first call. The apartments themselves are great, with large windows and high ceilings that flood the rooms with natural light, perfect for enjoying sunsets or sunrises. As someone who works from home and lives an active lifestyle, the fitness center and pool are fantastic amenities to have to keep that balance.Maintenance service is prompt and friendly; Max, in particular, was attentive to even minor issues like a squeaky door upon moving in. Even making sure to ask how everything is going when passing in the lobby. The community here is quiet and friendly, often engaging in pleasant conversations when we see one another.Located just minutes from Main Street Manchester and a short drive to Buckland Hills, Evergreen Walk, and other surrounding towns/cities, Ribbon Mill offers easy access to shopping and great food. This convenience, coupled with the excellent living conditions and community vibe, makes Ribbon Mill a place I highly recommend for anyone looking to join a welcoming and comfortable community.”

“I had a great experience living at Front st Lofts for about 3 years. It’s a dog friendly community located in a convenient, fun, beautiful section of Hartford. All the staff I interacted with was fantastic- most recently Kassandra has been the onsite management and she is an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.”

“I love living at the Brooksyde Apartments in West Hartford. The location to the Center and highways are hard to beat. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful and very walkable. My one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable with lovely wood floors, mini blinds on all windows, stainless steel kitchen appliances and lots of closets! The office staff and maintenance team are terrific and responsive. It’s a great place to live!”

“This is a great place to be. It's close to everything in a great area and relatively affordable. The real selling point, however, is the property manager, Bruce. He's so kind and thoughtful. My family and I lived here for a little less than a year between houses. He made both transitions so seamless and stress free. He went above and beyond helping us sublet before the lease was up so we could meet our new mortgage timelines!”

“I lived at Alvista for a year. I loved it. The staff is nice and on top of things. I have lived in other complexes where if you had a problem it took days for maintenance to come. Whenever there was issue it was resolved ASAP. I moved because I bought a house. This was the best apartment. I miss it . I am glad that I had this experience. I would rent here if I had to rent again.”

“It’s so hard to find a complex that is dog friendly and also has a great property manager, is well maintained, is responsive and safe. Communication with the property manager Derek is amazing, he actually cares about how your experience is here. We’ve been here with our two dogs going on two years and we have been very content. I would definitely recommend! Not to mention we’re less than 10 min from great shops and areas in West Hartford. Definitely take a look if you’re on the hunt for a great pet friendly apartment. ?”

“I moved in to this building 12/28/23. I love living here. My apartment has the most amazing views, my neighbors are quiet, the concierge (Will) is super nice, the building is safe and the amenities are good.I wish they had a 1 bedroom open when I moved or they gave me the option to move into 1 when it became available but that's my luck with timing. The parking garage is full if you get in after 6pm and most likely have to park on the roof which is not covered. Overall, I would recommend the property. They do a nice job.”

“With full-sized appliances, keyless entry, giant floor plans and a location so close to the best that Hartford has to offer, this place is a no brainer. Love it here!”

“We found Salute after running into several friendly Hartford Firemen and asked for their reco for the best Italian food. They were spot on and this was an amazing place.Server was super friendly and gave us great suggestions. The owner was super friendly also and checked on us several times. The drink and food came out quickly and tasted great. This was a wonderful upside surprise, and I couldn't recommend this place any higher. We had garlic bread, split Caesar salad, Rose Pasta, and prime grade NY steak.PS This place might be the best deal in the US for quality food - they could easily charge 30% more and it's still better than most other restaurants.”

“I really enjoyed my time at Spectra Plaza. Lived here for 2 years and only ever had an HVAC failure which was quickly addressed the same evening I reported it. Hannah was great throughout and was always friendly. I do wish the building would add automatic doors from the garage as it could be cumbersome bringing in/out large objects or even groceries. Definitely always felt safe here and access is easy to highways. Garage shares space with several office building which can cause delays exiting at times. Highly recommended if looking for a compact but modern apartment in Hartford. Don’t expect a social environment but expect a compact, luxury space where you will find little to fault if looking to be in Downtown Hartford.”

“Lived here for a year. Pros: maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Building was filled with friendly people and Yuppies. Zuzana, the building manager, responded to emails quickly. Cons: elevator broke about once every 2-3 weeks, but most people took the stairs. Overall, would live here again if I could.”

“I lived in Park Place Towers for over 6 years and I can say that it was one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff and administration are incredibly attentive, supportive, and always quick to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a positive experience living there. One of the things I loved most about living there was the view. The apartments on the floors above the 22nd floor have stunning views of Hartford's downtown skyline. I would often wake up in the morning and just sit in my living room and take in the view. It was truly breathtaking. In addition to the amazing view, Tower B also has a number of other great amenities, including a fitness center and a pool. There is also a reception on-site who can help you with anything you need. If you are looking for a nicely managed apartment in a great location, I highly recommend Park Place Towers. You won't be disappointed.”

“I lived at Carriage place apartments from 2013-2019. I can't say that I had a bad experience. Maintenance always came when I called. I've heard of some infestations with bed bugs from other tenants, but I have never experienced any of the sort. I thank God, for this place. It's safe. No one can come in the building without being buzzed in. I give it a 4 star because they do need to update. But it was very livable. I got 99% of my deposit back when I moved out, which is reasonable. It was hard to put furniture in my apartment though. The doors were too narrow for a big couch. The people at the office were descent sometimes a little attitude, but for the most part, my experience was great. I believe they are the type of people you get what you give them. So if you give them an attitude, they will give it back. Lol.”
