    Abysmal mortgage company with even worse customer service. Improper allocations of payments and incompetent supervisors make dealing with them frustrating.

    The customer service is horrible . Not very compassionate or pleasant people who work here. As i can to get information on a loan is like their annoyed . Also just to make payments here is a hassle . In this day and age i don’t understand why there isn’t more options then sending in checks and money orders.

    This is a scam, I was just watching a show with someone talking about this and they got a grant for over $150 million to support this. So tell me why do people then have to go through different lenders for the funding? Seems like they are pocketing the money to me
