Horrible customer service, the lady’s there like to judge people. Came in with 100 bill and she looked shocked like it was fake or something, didn’t even touch the money then she asked the other lady if she had change and she said no, I even insist paying more just for the gas and “she still didn’t have change” for a busy gas station on the main road that constantly has customers in and out. How don’t you have change for 100 ?!? Went to the gas station a little bit more down from them and he was glad to take the money! He’s not even as busy as Cumberland farms . Sad part is I always go there after work! NEVER AGAIN! Recommend to Get a sign that says you don’t accept big bills !

Not as big as I expected since I was coming off the highway, but had everything we needed. Woman behind the desk (Regina?) was very kind to my kids and seemed genuinely happy to welcome us to the store!

Every time I go in to this massive store where they probably see 500 people a day, they always greet me ( or anyone else) as soon as I walk in, and they are always very, very personable. Today, I was helped by Teresa and she helped me out getting a deal on two of a product for the price basically of one she had no obligation to do that, and she could’ve very well just gave me the one and sent me on my way, So I have to applaud them for making Every customer feel welcome when they walk in! Thank you, Teresa And all of the other awesome workers!

It’s obvious as to why this store has low ratings. Customer service is only provided for preferred customers. Staff are rude , unprofessional and unapologetic regarding having zero cooth and consideration for paying customers.

Spanish lady at the counter was very very rude. I couldn't believe it. I come here every day and its the same lady. Im willing to drive further just to not deal with her. Cursing and throwing tantrums is not a good look. Not sure if ill return here.

They had my drinks in the cooler, but the customer service was lacking. I barely even got a hello and thank you. I don’t like supporting businesses that don’t appreciate my business.

I hope management reads this review!I was there on Dec 21,2023 around 415pm and the Hispanic woman behind the pizza section, had the worst attitude ever. She told her colleague "I'm not doing food" after l told her l would like two slices of cheese pizza, she said "there's right there" aka on the slide for the public. I respectfully, l told her those were burnt and my autistic son doesn't like to eat those. To please, heat up two slices in the glass container in display. Long story short, she gave me more attitude when l told her to put on gloves while handling my son's food. She was in the kitchen cleaning the sink with no gloves on and dealing with chemicals! That woman is very unprofessional and should not be involved in customer service... period!P.S Once you offend my autistic son, the claws come out, yup, I gave her attitude right back!
