Spanish lady at the counter was very very rude. I couldn't believe it. I come here every day and its the same lady. Im willing to drive further just to not deal with her. Cursing and throwing tantrums is not a good look. Not sure if ill return here.

They had my drinks in the cooler, but the customer service was lacking. I barely even got a hello and thank you. I don’t like supporting businesses that don’t appreciate my business.

I hope management reads this review!I was there on Dec 21,2023 around 415pm and the Hispanic woman behind the pizza section, had the worst attitude ever. She told her colleague "I'm not doing food" after l told her l would like two slices of cheese pizza, she said "there's right there" aka on the slide for the public. I respectfully, l told her those were burnt and my autistic son doesn't like to eat those. To please, heat up two slices in the glass container in display. Long story short, she gave me more attitude when l told her to put on gloves while handling my son's food. She was in the kitchen cleaning the sink with no gloves on and dealing with chemicals! That woman is very unprofessional and should not be involved in customer service... period!P.S Once you offend my autistic son, the claws come out, yup, I gave her attitude right back!

Had f'real coffee frozen drink AND THERE MACHINE WORKED!!! Great srv as well very nice! Very clean cleaner than Cromwell for sure better Serv send again f'real machine in service n had coffee flav...plus allot more selection

This is by far the cleanest Cumberland Farms I been to. The staff is so nice and friendly. I come here every morning and the girls have gotten to know me by my name. If I miss a day or two the girls always acknowledge. I love coming here and the coffee is amazing

There is a racist lady named Wendy that works there!!! Do not go here!! The lady burns my food every time it is she who is handling the oven. She was upset because i asked the spanish lady to tell her if she could please try to not burn my food because last time it wasn’t edible. She got into an argument with me, saying she didn’t care that i am pregnant. She needs to be fired asap. The spanish lady is a sweet heart as well as the other employees. Definitely called corporate!

i went to pump gas walked inside to get cup of ice and left lady chased and yelled at me saying i cant take free ice even though i bought 40 bucks of gas never going again

Be careful folks I don't think it's right that they price their gas a good deal higher than other stations just because they are the first place you see off the highway. Go a few more miles down the road and save yourself some money.

I loveeeeeeeeeeeee Cumberland Farms. In my opinion, they are the Wawa of CT. If you have never been to Wawa, it is basically the same vibe as Cumberland, just in Jersey.I guess I am used to dirty looking gas stations all over NY because whenever I come into a Cumberland Farms, it is so refreshing. They are always clean and sooo stocked. This location was really spacious and the staff were friendly. There were two members working at the time and both greeted me before I even got to the cash register. I came here for a few things but also used the restroom which was also really clean just like the rest of the store. I didn't try any house made items from this location but overall I can say, for gas station pizza, Cumberland's is really good. I also love taquitos anywhere I go but they also have really delicious ones.Prices are also reasonable in my opinion.. maybe just because I am used to NY prices but I do prefer this gas station chain over many others.

Total ripoff gas prices. Seriously people look up the road 150 yards and save yourself 20 cents a gallon.Also no creamers, flavors or anything coffee is a joke.
