Reserved a unit online, went down to meet with the manager, saw a clean, easily accessible unit on a well kept property, paid and completed the transaction all in about 45 minutes from when I went online (including a 15 minute drive). Couldn’t have been easier.

Needed to store my college students personal items I’ve the summer and found this storage place to be fantastic. It was clean, 15 min from Wesleyan, spacious, affordable, easy to access, clear communication and really nice folks. Highly recommend.

I have never used a storage unit before. So I went to the nearest storage place. I was greeted by the manager who was very informative. He showed me around and was able to see a unit so I could gage how big I needed. The units are clean. I did check around for other facilities but ended up choosing extra space pricing was the best and I liked how clean the facility was.

I have been very happy with the service at Extra Space Storage on Cromwell Ave. The staff helped me find a new spot to park my vehicle when an opening occurred. The customer service is exceptional.
