However, I did find the registration process a bit inconvenient. I had to complete the entire registration on my phone, including entering personal details and uploading pictures of my insurance. It took me some time to do, and I also worry that older individuals who aren't as familiar with technology might find this process difficult. It could be a challenge for them.”
“I have been visiting this office for several years, and the staff consistently demonstrate kindness and a willingness to assist. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients' well-being. However, it is worth noting that many of the physicians here are residents, as the office is part of the Middlesex Health Residency Program. If you don’t mind the possibility of having a new primary care provider every few years, this office could be an excellent fit for you.”
“My ear is still hurting quite a bit it is very inflamed and my aid founded difficult to do the drops into my ear and once she put them in it would not go down the canal at all I have a lot of pain I will have to stay in pain for a longer time.”
