I know tons of people may have had bad experience with this GameStop that's because those were the old owners. These new owners, and employees are axtually very helpful and great with handling my orders. Previous Game Stops I've been to I've been treated really bad horrible never gotten my orders from 2020 usually sells my reserved Funko pops and collectible figures to them it was like took your pre-order money and scam! This one nope, called them told me they had my item ready come in and pay and you're good! 5-Stars business needs a second chance don't let old memories rob you of forgiving ppl!

The prices are high for used games and staff sometimes looks like they don't wanted to be bothered and don't pay enough for your used games and consoles but they sale it 3 or 4 times what the give you

Showed up at 7:20pm and the doors were locked. Closing time may need to be updated here. Disappointed because it was a 45 minute round trip drive, should have just used FB marketplace

I only shop here once a year, it's annoying when they try to convince you to renew a Pro subscription for savings, when I only buy one game a year. It's $15 to renew, and I would of saved $5 off the game, so in reality I would've spent $10, not really saving.

My experience was super Amazing, ELENI one of the employees it's very educated and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are leaving out of there with all your questions answered. The store is very clean and it makes it feel welcomed as soon as you go in unlike the other stores I've been to where there is a mess. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone ?
