I called at 1145AM for a 130PM appointment . I arrived at 115PM where I find 4 people waiting. 2 had appointment for 1 PM and a walk in and another at 130. I waited over an HOUR and stepped out to get a water next door. On my return literally 5 minutes later... the barber took someone else. I was very DISSAPOINTED ! !
I have been a client for years. Over a decade. I am a patient customer but them knowing me for a minimal 15 minute haircut to have another customer be serviced before me has made me decide that I will NOT SEEK your services. I will share my experience with others of how poor and disrespectful your business is.
