“I don’t even know where to start on how great this experience was. We purchased a puppy that was located in PA. Our state (RI) had a stay at home order which complicated transport. We contacted Elaine 2 days before we were supposed to pick up our new puppy, and as luck would have it, she had a pick up scheduled in for PA that day. She was super accommodating, kind, and affordable! I 100% recommend her as your pet’s transport service.”

River Valley Transit is really one of the best bus services you could ask for in Connecticut the drivers are really nice and really understanding they get you where you need to go on time performance in my discretion is 9/10 yes I do believe that some of the services could use some work like the paseo go the website could be a little bit more easy to understand and easy to navigate and the xtra mile definitely still needs work but still I give River Valley Transit 5 out of 5 stars”

“HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES A MANAGER AND/OR OWNER!!
Skip the bad reviews and request Victor (Van #151). My daughter and I have used several services of paralift vehicles covered by insurance and Victor had made our ride feel luxurious. His prior work he was a limo driver in major cities for many years and lives true to how he gives his service as a driver.
When he arrived at our home, before lettimg me know he was here, he got the ramp ready so we wouldn't have to wait. Before my daughter and I came out of the building, he had an umbrella prepared and held it over us because it was a rainy day.
Victor also had a trick up his sleeve so the ramp rack wouldnt slam during our drive which was very appreciated because my daughter has anxiety over loud noises.
Victor had every scenerio possible already thought of to make our ride comfortable and enjoyable before we even knew. He had even set up children's music for my daughter and she loved it so much she expected every driver afterwards to do the same ? The vehicle was clean, temperature comfortable, smooth driving.
Victor (Van #151) truly made a paralift medical ride feel like a luxurious service. Thank you!
Ever since, I actually request ambassador wheelchair services for our medical rides and honestly not really quiet sure what all these negative reviews are even about. Ive driven with many services and ambassador is one that has proven over and over again with every driver that the vehicles are clean, drivers are kind and great conversationalist, safe drivers, and always on time.
When my daughters appointments start up again, i can list some of the top drivers in this company for those looking to get transportation through this company. Each one deserves a raise ❤️
