Today I went shopping today after a while I saw a few changes, I went to the register to pay and the cashier didn’t greet me very well first she didn’t even ask for my punch card, I even took all the clothes hangers off the clothes to make the transaction easier, she didn’t even care. When she keep ringing my stuff and almost charge me for something that was in the counter like a eye liner,then when I give her my full punch card I had to ask her did I get my discount because she could not tell me, she left all the clothes on the counter unfolded like she was in a rush, after I pay and she gave me the receipt she never offer to give me another punch card when I just spend $49.67 so I had to ask her for it and then and ask me how much did I spend like really I just pay you.then she left so I folded my clothes and left very disappointed from this store because I always come here I never see this person if I ever come back and I see her I wait for someone else to charge me i know the store was almost closing but that should not be a reason to treat people some kind of way and it really surprised me from this store I hope they can fix this because the girls here are always nice…

Very nice place to go thrifting. Quality items at super affordable prices. Plenty of luxury items to shop for too. They had Louis Vuitton and Dooney & Bourke bags. Designer shoes too. There are 2 small changing rooms to try things on. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking.

I called regarding a bag. Associate said it was not sold but they were not accepting holds either. Asked for additional photos of bag. Since there was no holds I asked if they could hold it for just 5 minutes so I could review photos. They said yes they could hold it for just 5 minutes. Responded within 2 minutes that I would take the bag and they responded with, It's sold. Unprofessional to send photos and not allow a few minutes review time when told I could have 5 minutes. They told me they texted another photos and they bought it. When I told them that it was being held for me for 5 minutes they said there were no holds. Very inconsistent. Other times I've called to purchase a bag they won't sell it to me because it's on hold for someone to look at????????

A place for reselling and overpriced used items the old one are cheap but the famous brands are ridiculously expensive so if you looking for a cheap and overpriced clothes that’s the place to go

I enjoy this store very much! It's great to look at if you have something in mind that you want for good quality. Maybe the employees are "rude" but I think it doesn't matter much if you're just getting on with your own shopping experience. I've gotten great stuff from the store and the deals make it even better.

Try calling them to see if they take your items & you get told: You call too much & check your online account online which you can't do anyway. Then when you go to one of their stores they pass on your items while taking items from Costco even those they tell you: Don't bring them.They price their items since COVID super low which means they get more & you get less: I say that because I consign men's dress attire which was like new & they priced it at under $20 dollars & it was Calvin Klein at one of their stores & I consigned a tie as well & I only got 75 cents for it & I am not going to get it.I've dealt with Uptown Consignment more than once. Did think about consigning some items that are hard for me to sell & they said they would pass on my items.They never price my items at the right price in my time there & they always give me an attitude.But out of the things, this I don't get: They take Shein which is price lower while passing on Aeropostale.Some items that Consignment Originals pass it on, I tried at Uptown & it never worked.I was only interested in bring some items that were hard to sell at Consignment Originals to Uptown.
