How is this branch manager (Lisa), a branch manager??Condescending, rude, and very short with her words. She had alternatives to offer, but she chose not to. Tellers were also not the very best, but that is a reflection of the branch manager. Webster bank, do better.

If I can give this branch -1 star I would. I live in Rocky hill but I drive to glastonbury Hebron Ave branch so I don’t have to deal with the people of this branch.. they are rude, not efficient and they missed the “serve the customer” lesson.

I've never had an issue at this branch. I used to have all my accounts here but switched after I got married. I recently came here to cash a savings bond and was able to without issue. Convenient location!

Overall the staff has been fantastic, as I been a business customer for 20+ years. The newer manager over the last handful of years, Lisa, is rude and inattentive, and frankly should not be in a customer service, or any human contact position. Webster has lost my two decades of business banking, as well as moving my business loan because of this person.

Really nice location. Recently visited to cash savings bonds and the process was very easy. Some of the same staff has been here for years. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Person answering the phone did not know what an SBA loan is. He was not helpful at all with providing information.

The staff is extremely slow and not exactly the friendliest. A simple transaction through the drive through is easily a 20-30 minute wait most days. I live in town and make it a point to go to the Cromwell branch just to avoid this particular branch.

***6/15/2020 Webster Bank is NOT customer-friendly. Just as Connecticut is beginning to re-open again, this bank reduced their drive-thru hours by 2 hours on Monday - Friday and Saturday. The lobby is by appointment-only. The Drive-Thru hours used to be open 9 AM - 5 PM allowing working people to get banking done late afternoon. Now, they are only open from 9 AM- 3 PM, effectively cutting-off access to working people at both the lobby and drive-thru. The wait in the drive-thru was easily 45 minutes to an hour before the hours were cut. With reduced hours, the wait in line will surely exceed 1-hour. Who has time to wait with their car's engine running while only one teller mans the drive-thru window? What is the management thinking? With so many other banks competing for business, Webster makes it more difficult their for customers to do business with them. Shame on them. Time fo switch banks.

One reviewer said, "Horrible Service"? I dispute that as I've found NO SERVICE at all, not phone, no phone message returned, no lobby, and a line of over 39 vehicles for the only drive in window. So this is what a "Bank Run" looks like. If the grocery stores were like this because of the Corona Virus we'd all starve to death. "

Horrible horrible customer service..closed all accounts today. Service reps are so rude. I was a customer for decades and finally gave up. Had money stolen out of account and they could care less.
