I've been on the phone with Customer Service about every month due to repetitive issues. The latest? The Frosty machine's been broken for over a month but customers can still order it online/on the app. I already know the response from the them, "We can't do anything about the app" and "It'll be fixed when we've the parts". I'm really fed up with this Wendy's due to this, and past bad experiences. All in all, as a semi-frequent customer of THIS location, for over a decade, I'd say that this location needs an intervention by higher ups. It urgenly needs help.Parking: About ten spaces in front of the restaurant, including Handicap. There's also a side lot (shared with the other building on the property) that allows for another about ten, NON-HANDICAP spaces. HOWEVER, IT'S A 45 MINUTE PARKING LIMIT.Kid-friendliness: Kid's Menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy travel paths from the parking lot to the door. (HOWEVER, THE DOOR IS NOT AUTOMATIC! WHO DIDN'T THINK OF THAT?!) Someone in a wheelchair or what have you can reach up and pull open the door while also getting themselves inside. A lot of Wendy's (and actually, some other fast food chains) are like this. It's completely irrational.

Top sticker says 3/26/24 and the bottom says 3/24/24. No taco chips and my nuggets were about as cold as the salad.

Manager was awful and unprofessional. Yelling at employees in front of customers . People were waiting for 15-20 minutes for a simple burger . Tension was high and workers were visibly frustrated. Especially being yelled at and embarrassed in front of customers .

This location is in a safe area, ok atmosphere. My issue with this place is the rudeness of the person at the drive thru. Went at about 12:30 am to claim a free frosty with my order when I have a valid frosty tag. The drive thru attendant was rude and refused to give me the frosty claiming that the place was closing in 10 minutes when the place actually closed at 2 am. When confronted on this, he reasserted his claim that he was closing up. I will not be returning here to this Wendy’s during the late night ever again.

I do deliveries for one of the major online food delivery options. I frequent many restaurants obviously and I'm happy to say the Silas Deane Wendy's is top notch. Keep up the fantastic work please!

As a Military veteran I always enjoyed going here. Until Today, I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food as usual. I drove up to the second window to pay for my food and received my order. The shift supervisor or manager was the one that took payment and gave me the order. As I checked my order I realized she gave wrong order. I parked my vehicle and went in to get my order corrected. When I walk in and up to the counter I listening and watching the same person talking ill about me as a Costumer. As soon as she realized it was me at the counter, she quickly went away as if embarrassed that I heard her talk Junk about me. She doesn't even know me to be talking like that about Costumers. I'm very disappointed about this experience and don't recommend going here to this location at all. Corporate Wendy should be doing something about this particular shift manager. she had 3 other employees as her audience, what a shame.
