My elderly parents went into Wireless Zone in Yorktown Heights (store E5451) to ask a question. They left with a number of insurance policies for products they didn't have. The individuals who did this (Employee P057392). Made a significant commission on this fraudulent action. This has been reported to the Carmel Police and Verizon. People might want to avoid companies where salespeople are incentivized to commit fraud.

Beautiful building with a casual work environment! This office is full of people who care about the right things and try to do the right things for their employees and communities they touch.

Wireless Zone should be appalled to have their name attached to the store in Windham CT. Bringing your phone in for a simple repair and they break the phone and lose a SD card that had my fathers pics that passed away in 2013. This was all before the google photos so I CANNOT get them back. The owners response was trying to sell us a phone for 300 dollar off a new one or replacing this phone with a USED phone!! Sorry with the pandemic I DONT want a used phone! I did not break this phone and surely not looking for a new phone when I brought in a 3 year old phone to replace the battery. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service by the store and owner and surely by the tech that clearly did not know what he was doing. Wireless zone should really look into the store as they are NOT for the customer. the owner had more then one excuse and to say we took the sd card out when he clearly stated he handed it back to my husband is just one of many. BEWARE!!! they just want you to purchase new and not looking at the whole picture. This is sad would the owner like to lose pictures of their loved ones that they cant get back I highly doubt it
