“The team here is the best! There are enough vets on staff that it’s fairly easy to get an appointment when you need to. Your pets will receive professional, compassionate care throughout their life journey. I don’t find their fee schedule to be out of line, and the practice deserves every bit of success that it is apparently having. I’m really looking forward to the additional services that will come with the expanded facility!”

They all try to make the whole process as smooth as possible for you and your pet. My animals can be scared at the vet especially my cat and they still make it as easy as possible for them. They used SUCH care when we had to let our sweet kitty go over the rainbow bridge. I bring my beloved soul mate “Fifty the Pitbull” to VCA Maple Ridge and the love we walk into is unmatched.
They all care for Fifty as if he’s their own (which he considers them family, and so should they!!), and I will even have Vet Techs fight over who gets to sit in during his appointment, only for multiple techs to sit in and hang out with him.
He recently needed a stage 2 Mass Cell Tumor removed and Dr Whitlow and her team of techs has been better than perfect at checking in, keeping me updated, and figuring out a plan for my medical mystery man.
I am FOREVER grateful, appreciative, and astonished by how admirable and amazing this team of professionals is. Betsy and Lauren, the receptionists are easily my all time favorites to this day as well.
I could go on and on about this place, but I think it’s safe to say they know how amazing they are ❤️”

“Family friend recommended Complete Cat and I am so happy they did. I called very short notice on a Saturday morning because my fur baby had accidents outside the litter box, which was completely out of his norm. Complete Cat squeezed me in, that same morning within 2 hours. They really care about animals and have the upmost respect. Prices are VERY reasonable. I have another fur baby I need to bring in for their shots, will be coming back to Complete Cat. They even sent me a ‘welcome’ card in the mail. So thoughtful and sincere.
