You standard dunkin. Since the remodel and new hires, I have grown to love this location. They haven't once messed up my orders and are always so kind to me. Also, some people could learn a lesson that being friendly and kind to your local workers, they will remember you and always smile to you.

It's just a quick drive-through moment when I can not cook for myself. DD has been a favorite standby since 1976.

This particular Dunkin’ Donuts has been known as the worst location in this section of the state since it’s been opened. It’s excruciatingly slow, they’re always out of things, they always mess up orders. When I worked there, we had failed three health inspections, they made me work alone with someone I reported sexual harassment against with the timing for video footage that no one felt necessary to review. Someone needs to shut this place down and turn it into a McDonald’s or something cause this just isn’t working. I mean, we have one fast food place in this town why is it only breakfast food? A McDonald’s or Wendy’s would serve everyone’s needs. However, I would like to add that to all the not so bright people with their panties in a twist over the fact that they don’t have a public restroom, no one in the entire building has a public restaurant because it’s built on wetlands (there’s literally a sign on the four corners, sign and each individual shop/restaurant) and if any of these shops or restaurants did have a public restroom. Sewage would back up into the entire place, it’s happened before simply from employees using the restroom and then they to shut down. Also, I can assure you, none of the employees care, whether or not you return. So I don’t understand why you old folks keep saying that like it matters. Stop giving these poor people problems over some thing that has nothing to do with them. Because if I see anybody giving these youngsters any issues over, not having a restroom, I will resort to violence having worked there and dealing with the atrociously rude customers.

“NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS”. I’ve never heard of a Dunkin with no public bathrooms. I thought it was a Dunkin requirement, as I have seen gas stations that didn’t have one suddenly have one after a Dunkin goes in. Got news for you, mgmt: no bathroom=no business from me! I got a full bladder & need to take care of that first! You think I’m going to go across the street to the Shell/Henny Penny to use the bathroom, & then come back to you to buy food?! Hell no! THEY got my business. And the Subway in the same plaza also has a “NO PUBLIC REST ROOMS” sign on their door. Probably the same franchisee.

Not sure how this Dunkin has 3 stars. Every time I have gone there they were out of what I ordered.

This particular Dunkin's denies it's customers use of their bathroom which is a health code violation with their particular restaurant licensure. They refer their customers to use the bathroom across the street at the convenience store, being a burden their fellow business community because they're too lazy to clean the bathrooms after their customers .Customer service 5?????

Went to the store, was going to purchase coffee. Walked out when we were told their were no public bathrooms for my kid to use. Went to a competitors business instead. Dunkin' may want to take a tip from the Buc-ees or Love's Travel Stop playbook that good public bathrooms actually bring in more customers and help to increase store revenue.

Salem, CT the donuts I just picked up for the kids were terrible. They were all wet and soupy. The strawberry frosted had thin wet frosting and the glazed were sopping wet. The Boston cream not only had soupy chocolate, but the whole donut was wet. Very disappointing.
