Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly one employee who is noted for professionalism. However, some reviews mention issues with service, including poor quality control and delays in appointments. While the selection is praised, concerns about high prices and inconsistencies in service have been highlighted by certain customers.
I have used the house of doors in Salem a few different times. Their quality and price is unmatched by other mom and pop, or big box stores. Whether it was a custom size or standard it has always been what I've ordered. isaiah is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will never recommend anyone other than them.
