for years and have always appreciated the convenience and ample parking. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. Although there was plenty of parking available, I admit I didn’t park perfectly. When I went inside, the cashier—while busy with other customers—chose to call out my parking mistake in front of everyone.
I understand the importance of parking correctly, but I believe these reminders could be handled more discreetly and respectfully. A private, friendly reminder would have been much more appreciated. Publicly pointing out mistakes can be embarrassing and unnecessary, especially for regular customers.
I hope the staff can consider a more considerate approach in the future. Otherwise, this has always been a reliable stop for me.

Horrible. None of the pumps worked, and there were no signs saying they didn't until you drove up and read the screen on all of them. Then it wouldn't give me back my card and no one came out to help.
This isn't the first time it happened, this is probably the 3rd. Never going to this one again.

I really needed gas tonight. The pumps weren't taking cards. It said to pay inside. Th3 door was locked, and there was a sign that said "back in 5 minutes." I waited 20 minutes and left.

Worst customer service I ever experienced.If you have to stop here don't go inside try to use self service at pump. Everytime I end up stopping her and have to go inside the line Is long and cashiers don't know how to use maching. Very bad

Walked in there 05/31/2023 around 2:38 pm. Waited at the counter. 2 employees in the back just talking. One of the employees saw me and they just kept talking. I said hello they stopped talking and then went back to talking so i just left. This review is not to tell people to go there but for the management of this establishment to educate their employees. This is for location corner of norwich rd and hartford rd salem ct.
