My family hadn't had haircuts in almost 7 months during the pandemic. We met Dee for the first time and challenged her to turn us into humans again, after showing her one pic of what each of us previously looked like. She did a great job and we all love our haircuts! She took her time, and all the while maintained her safety protocols for COVID. We had the whole salon to ourselves during our appointment, which was much appreciated as my mom is high risk. Dee is friendly, talkative and talented. Highly recommended. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I have been in Lakeville CT for the past 3 months. We live in Healdsburg, CA. He desperately needed a haircut but did not know where to go since we do not live here. He did not want to travel far and went on the internet and discovered Academy St Salon. He called and spoke with C.J. Burke and stated that he could cut his hair immediately. My boyfriend is the type that when someone asks him how he wants his hair cut, he replies, "whatever you think". His haircut by C.J. Burke is fabulous! I love, love it. I would say the best haircut that he has had since I have been with him. I would highly recommend C.J. Burke for at least men's haircuts. Thank you C.J. My boyfriend looks more handsome and distinguished. I would even consider that every time we come visit family, to get his haircut at Academy St Salon rather than in Sonoma County, CA.

Awesome salon. Dee did a wonderful job cutting and shaping my mass of curly unruly hair. I am very happy with the result of my hair, as well as my lash tinting and eyebrow coloring. I feel like a new person! I am psyched I found a true professional locally. Dee, the owner and stylist, is very knowledgeable and also a total sweetheart. She taught me how to manage and style my hair at home. I will definitely be going back to her next time I need a cut. Thank you so much and I hope to see sweet Jackson (house dog) next time!

Dee always gives me a flattering cut and style, and makes my friends look amazing between their colors and styles. Everytime I come back from there I get a bevy of compliments. Makes me feel on top of the world. D is a magical chemist who knows all about cellular structures Of hair, skin and nails. She stays up on all of the lead of Trends and has mastered all of the classics.

I went here Friday for a blow out and left looking like I was headed for clown college. I have gotten a blowout twice a week since 2006, so I know what to expect) and wanted to try a new place. This blowout was pricey ($45 plus tip) and looked awful. Several people asked me what I did to my hair. I was so horrified I got another blow dry when I got to NC,
