This is not the first time Avery has helped me. I work alone in my office on my laptop that connects me to the outside world. (Like so many of us) When technical difficulties arise it feels almost tragic. Visiting Visionary and Avery is better and so much cheaper than therapy. Within 30 minutes he assessed and fixed several issues, and taught me short cuts that will now help me going forward. In August 2022 they sold me a used 2018 Apple computer. It didn't type correctly almost from the beginning. The owner David tells me now that this model has had a history of this problem. The salesperson told me nothing of the sort. This in itself is highly unethical. Now the owner David tells me the special Apple repair warranty on it has expired and I will have try to get Apple to make a special exception to cover the significant parts cost. (even though the tech said Visionary would do it free). Plus it's a 60 mile round-trip for me to take it to them and 60 more for me to pick it up. On top of that, David told me the problem is likely to re-occur! Bottom line: they sold me a lemon and I have good reason to believe they knew it. Any decent dealer would give me my money back, never mind all the time and travel expense I have put into this #$@%#! Maybe Apple should reconsider Visionary's special rating.On top of that, my wife and I recently called them on an adware problem that could easily have been corrected in a jiffy over the phone or with a screen-share, for which I told the sales gal I would be happy to pay. She insisted that we had to bring it in, so we did, whereupon the tech fixed in a jiffy with a simple "force quit." Why wouldn't they tell us that over the phone??? Instead, we were on the road between Rhinebeck, NY and Lakeville CT again.Needless to say I won't be making that trip again. I drove that far because they were supposed to be the best, and so it seemed when Jose Neto was in charge. Buyer beware.

I've been to Visionary Computer twice. There were a few years between my appointments, but both times, I had commendable a experience. Every member I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and fully advised me of all potential outcomes, including ones that might dissuade me from choosing to have anything done, before it was time to decide what course of action to take.It's been more than a week since my last appointment, and my device is still running like new. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

Best kept secret in the area . l. . not only are the staff pleasant but they are very helpful and the techs really bring a "A-Game".I found out about Visonary kind of be accident when I had an iPad Pro go on the blink. They handled it quickly and the Tech was as good as I've seen.Pleasure to work with and I look forward to becoming a regular for parts, pieces and machines.

This is the best Apple store and it's right here in Lakeville, CT. We have told all our friends about it and many of them drive an hour to bring their wounded laptops to David and his brilliant IT people. Visionary has all the latest and greatest computers and accessories, but their greatest strength is that they can fix anything and they are totally honest about saving whatever they can. Most of the people are Apple certified and they know everything. The store is bright and has a very happy atmosphere. And it's never crowded. It's my happy place.

To whom it may concern:I just wanted to commend and thank David Maffucci for walking me through the purchase of a refurbished macbook air after my former one died. He guided me to the right choice – he didn’t push for me to get a more expensive computer, which was much appreciated, and I got just what I needed from you for $500.And for a very reasonable price (I checked other Apple-approved dealers), he recovered what was on my hard drive, and also walked me through how to back up what was on my hard drive to an external drive down the road – and that was very reassuring too. My wife’s in the market for a new desktop and I’m trying to convince her that Dave and Visionary Computer is the place to go!
