I stopped in on a whim looking for a last-minute dress for a dinner tonight, not really expecting to find anything. From the moment I walked in, Ana was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She took one look at me and immediately pulled out a dress she said would look amazing…
and she was right! It fit me like a glove and made me feel incredible.
She even held it aside for me while I ran home to grab my shoes to see what worked best. When I came back, she remembered me right away, helped me figure out my shoe situation, and was just so patient, supportive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience.
The dress itself was under $100, beautiful quality, and something I’ll be able to wear on many occasions. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Ana has a wonderful eye and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. Her mom is a sweetheart too!

Unfortunately, I am giving my experience here 0 stars. I purchased a prom dress here back in 2017 without issue, so I figured it would be the same. I was wrong.
While I am hopeful the saleswoman meant well, she completely deterred me from ever coming back to shop here with her EXTREMELY pushy nature. From the moment I walked into the store, I told her a few times that I would please like to peruse the gowns myself, which she ignored. I could not even look at a single dress of my choosing nor have a second to process whether I liked it or not before she thrust another dress in front of me. When I said I did not like the dress, she proceeded to convince me otherwise. When I told her the $500 dress was NOT in my price range for a wedding guest dress, she proceeded to convince me it was. Then she took $200 off. I said it is still not the range I am looking for but thank you very much. She continued to ignore me and speak about the dress as if it was still a potential dress option. While changing in the dressing room, I even felt pressured and pushed because she kept peering through the curtain space to see if I had the dress on yet. Frankly, I hadn't even taken my bra off yet. While I'm not a super modest person but I would've liked some privacy please. Finally, I made up a reason as to why I needed to leave, and as soon as I said that the saleswoman's demeanor completely changed from overly complimentary to plain cold.
This was truly a very unenjoyable and uncomfortable experience and again, while I hope the saleswoman had intentions in the right spot--- I left feeling like she prioritized the sale over anything. Honestly, I don't even have a sense for the beauty of the dresses as a whole because I wasn't even able to look at them! I will never come back here.

Terrible shopping experience for stressed-out teenage girls looking for the perfect prom dress. My daughter was so disappointed. I agree with the other reviewers: customer service isn’t what it should be, especially when you’re there willing to pay for overpriced one- time use dresses! To echo the other reviewers, owner was rude and picks and chooses what you can or cannot try on. Super weird way to run a business especially during prom season!

Great customer service. Make an appointment so they can have a room ready for you when you walk in. We were lucky to take our dress home and not have to place an order.

If I could put zero stars, I would. My daughter and I had an appointment and had an awful experience. We decided to leave after being in there for maybe 15 minutes, because the customer service was just terrible. The dresses are way overpriced (most of them weren’t even in good condition). The only way the staff members came over to help you and were by your side was if you were looking at the higher priced dresses. The selection of dresses is very small. The false advertisement is insane, on the instagram and website it looks like they have so much to choose from when in reality there’s 2 racks of prom dresses. Overall very dissatisfied, we traveled over 2 hours to come here to leave basically right after. Absolutely do not recommend.

Attention brides!!
Above and beyond! Sabrina Style and their owner Ana truly care and love what they do. They work to put a smile on customers faces and I can’t thank Ana enough for helping me secure my bridal gown. If you know Sabrina Style, you may be thinking “I bought my prom dress from there” or “They have bridal gowns?”. Those were the exact thoughts that I had but I’m so glad I reached out to them! They are developing their current bridal selection to expand into the bridal market, so keep an eye out for what’s to come!
I had previously gone to 5 other bridal stores, with no success. I was discouraged and just about ready to settle on a dress for my wedding. I had found a designer and a specific dress online that was not carried in any stores “locally”. I saw that Sabrina Style had a new partnership with this designer and took a chance by asking if there was any way for me to try on this dress. Without hesitation, Ana reached out to the designer in Spain to find out how I could try on the dress. Unfortunately, the dress was going to be discontinued and the only potential option from the designer was for me to buy the ONE sample gown that they knew was remaining in the world, depending on condition and size. I was willing to try anything so I said yes to this search. After Ana found out that the sample dress was in distressed condition and about 4 sizes too big, she reached back out to the team. She went back and forth with them, pleading my situation and really trying everything to work something out. In the end, the designer came back and said that they would make this one dress for me!! Fast forward a few months, I just picked up my dress and I couldn’t be happier. I know that I wouldn’t have this dress if it wasn’t for Ana and Sabrina Style doing everything to make my dress dreams come true. Thank you!!!!

This was an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and helped find dresses that fit what I was looking for and my personality. I will be recommending Sabrina Style to all my friends and will be returning next year.

Awful, terrible experience! I have 3 Proms to attend this year and plan on wearing 3 different dresses. 1 dress I had already bought off a website but had never seen it in person. The other 2 dresses I was shopping for that day. I tried on a bunch of dresses and found one that I really liked and planned on buying. I was still looking for the 3rd dress. Then I saw the dress that I had bought online and got so excited to see it in person and I tried it on. Well the owner had an absolute fit that I was trying on the dress without the intention to buy it even though I was there with the intention to purchase 2 more dresses! She was horrible, embarrassed me in front of all the other girls in the store, was mean to me, mean to my Mom, and told us we should go in a back corner dressing room instead of taking up space. I had an appointment, mind you! Well she lost out on the sale of 2 dresses that day! There was no way my Mom was giving her the business or single dollar for that matter. We walked out, called another store from her parking lot to see if they had the dress we would have bought from Sabrina Style, they did, and we drove there and immediately bought it, and a 2nd dress as well!! You lost 2 sales because of your mean, horrible behavior and bad customer service! If you dont want people touching the dresses without a guarantee of a sale, I think you're in the wrong business lady!

My daughter accompanied her 18 y.o friend to look for a dress. The friend disclosed her age and had her license in hand. The person at the front desk was not nice and communicated that an appointment was required with a (parent present). Refusing service based on age is illegal!
The friend went to another shop and purchased a gorgeous dress. A loss for Sabrina Style.

I brought my daughter this weekend for 2:00 appointment. We had zero customer service upon arrival and then my daughter was asked at 2:10 if she was done since she didn't fit into any of their very small dresses; my daughter is a size 6. She was made to feel so bad we left. Shame on this business owner for making larger size female to feel less than... no female is perfect, but we all want to feel valued, and this business does not do that. Period.

BUYER BEWARE! The owner was horrid and rude. I had heard this from others as well. She embarrassed 2 girls in front of other customers and staff for not fitting in the dress. She made our experience terrible and made my daughters feel so uncomfortable. I was planning on buying 2 dresses that day but after how she behaved there was no way she was getting our $$ business. There are way too many other dress stores in the area to put up with that! We went somewhere else in CT and got 2 gorgeous dresses and without the rudeness, huge markup and bad return policy. Do yourself a favor if you want to have a fun day and shop elsewhere!

What an amazing experience! Every woman in the boutique was pleasant and helpful. When my daughter was having a hard time finding the perfect dress, the owner personally went searching for what my daughter was requesting. Within minutes, she had said yes to the most perfect dress! Thank you for a wonderful experience 💙
