“As a woman going into an auto shop, I usually expect some side eye, being talked down to like I know nothing about cars (which is annoying cause I'm knowledgeable about basics), or feeling coerced into work I probably don't really need. I didn't feel like that at all getting my rear brakes done here today. The guys at the front desk were wonderfully friendly, treated me like a human, and respected my decisions regarding my car. I'll definitely be back.”
“I had an amazing experience here. My back panel was damaged and the piece was on back order, but the manufacturer kept pushing the date further and further back. The team at Lang’s consistently called and updated us on the status of my car as well as communicating with the manufacturer to try and get me some sort of compensation as it ultimately took around 5 months to even get the part in. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even helping me get a parking permit off of my damaged car.
