“Fantastic service from the manager of this Willimantic Staples. Had purchased Emerge Vortex chair for my husband as a Christmas present. I paid to have it assembled and when I got it home found that the seat was on backwards. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted the store manager and cannot say enough about the excellent service she provided. She was very apologetic and refunded the price of the chair and I had my son reassemble the chair correctly so that I did not have to bring it back to the store.”
“I believe the gentleman's name is Geon (and I hope I have that correct and also not sure of the spelling??) I think he is at the FedEx, 3 Dominican Dr, Norwich, CT. I just want to say he is amazing ... An important package had my PO Box on it instead of physical address but he was able to get it corrected and delivered to me in record time! Thank you! Also, to Lynn who was the FedEx call center supervisor I spoke to originally who really helped by calling Geon directly so we could catch it in time. Thank you all this was so greatly appreciated!!”
“I've never had a bad experience with this local Post Office. I've been using them for 3 years. In person, Customer Service is professional and very helpful. Regarding mail delivery, I've never had any issues getting my mail. I've seen Postal Carriers still delivering at 6pm to get their job done. I was waiting on a Christmas package, that after speaking with Customer Service, they do have a direct line, that is answered in a timely manner, they made a huge effort and my package got delivered today. Two days before Christmas. I appreciate your efforts and thank you for your hard work especially, during the Christmas season.”

“my go to post office. Dave & Gayle are some of the best people i've ever had the pleasure to work with. Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down. I get product shipped fast to all over the USA from here. Incredible crew, even their part timers are great.”
