The entire staff, and especially Brett are all very knowledgeable, and helpful, and can easily accommodate for any situation! There is no job they can’t do. They’re great at getting diagnostics done quickly and correctly.

If i could give 0 stars i would.
Mechanics dont do honest work.
If you see Justin Fudge still working there, stay away!! Trust me. They will ruin your car!
You will only get your moneys worth on a warranty claim... where there is actual oversite in how they operate.

ACI Dynamix is composed of professionals committed to providing quality service. Both their mechanic and detailing/aesthetic divisions are leaders in their industry in providing custom services. Mike has wrapped several cars for me and is truly the best vinyl wrapper I’ve ever come across. His attention to detail is unrivaled. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent custom work done on their vehicles.

ACI Dynamix is the real deal. Their facility is immaculate and their staff are true professionals. They installed a short shift kit on my Saab and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you!!

I really feel ACI goes above and beyond for costumers by going the extra mile so you are satisfied with the results of whatever your looking to do for your car and I will definitely keep going to them to make sure my Audi S5 is on point .They are very nice and polite and most of all professionals .There Techs are experienced and been in the industry since the beginning .They have techs that come in from Eroup time to time for performance tunes on exotic cars .The establishment is clean and upon just pulling into there parking lot you are in like a daze seeing all the cars that they have and work on .Then upon entering you are hit in the face with a remarkable GTR that is from another world!!! Then you are met with very polite guys who make you feel at ease with whatever you need done .The wrapping guys are There too and that department was so cool because you can see all the cars that they are working on and be able to watch them do incredible work .I got my hood wrapped and now I'm hooked and pleased with the job and only took them 45 mins with no flaws or mistakes. Those wrapping guys can make glass ..I can't wait to get other tunes. Very nice place and in my opinion the best ?

The original paint was cut up every where when i took off the wrap ?? basically paint was so messed up i had to wrap up the car again somewhere else to cover up the cuts, etc. Black BMW center hub caps were promised, but instead the original hub caps were wrapped black. Unbelievable. New black Front grill was promised as well, they just wrapped it instead. I’ve wrapped 3 separate cars since then somewhere else, and have not had anything close this bad to the point where nothing was done right. I’ll forever be extremely disappointed at them. I would advise anyone to make sure your original paint is not getting cut up by the knife they use to cut the wrap with, because i dont think they care if the original paint is cut, since it will be covered anyways

I've been taking my vehicles to repair shops for years, and working with Nick at Aci Dynamix was the best experience that I've had, bar none. Nick does great work at a fair price. He just fixed my GTI that two other mechanics couldn’t figure out the problem.5 out of 5.

I brought my 2018 c63 in for a diagnostic on my exhaust, after ACI Dynamix was recommended by a friend. I spoke to Brett who was very friendly and accommodating, and they were able to determine that a certain piece was loose. They recommended I take it to my original tuner (my car had already been tuned by a different shop years prior) so that it doesn't throw any codes should that part be removed. This was definitely the right recommendation since it took my tuner over 1 week to actually fix the problem. Afterwards, their wrap shop lead (Mike) mentioned he could help me rewrap parts of my car that I had unwrapped. He quoted me a very reasonable price for each panel/body piece. His team's work is of very high quality and efficiency (I drop my car off at 10am and pick it up at 5pm same day). Mike and Brett are both very responsive over the phone and reasonable when discussing scheduling, cost, etc. In fact, Brett used my diagnostic bill as a credit towards my rewrap, which is one of the many reasons why I will be bringing my car back in the future.Services: Exhaust

I normally don't write reviews, but my most recent experience with the company, ACI, has prompted me to share this unfortunate information. I originally contracted ACI to tint my windows. During the time that they were first working on my truck, they broke my mirror and scratched the paint. They agreed to replace the mirror and offered to repair the scratch that they made as well as other scratches that were on the truck that were made previous to this. We agreed to a discounted price of $1300.00 for the additional scratches to be taken care of. Being that ACI admitted that they were responsible for the original damage to the truck during the first tinting appointment, I felt this was an appropriate form of compensation. ACI guaranteed that the truck would look as good as new once these repairs were complete. Unfortunately, when I picked the truck up, I found that the only scratch that was repaired was the one that ACI had made. The other scratches, that I had paid the agreed upon price of $1300.00 for, were still visible. Additionally, the window tint that was applied to my truck was not the percentage that we had agreed upon. When I returned to ACI to complain about the tint, they informed me that there was no error on their part and that what I received was what I had ordered. Having had windows tinted on previous vehicles I can certainly tell the difference between a 5% tint and a 20% tint. I had the truck's window tint measured and what I received is not what was agreed upon. As I stated earlier, I do not normally write reviews. I am a reasonable customer who only requires quality service from reputable companies who stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this was not what I experienced with ACI. Because of this, I will not be recommending ACI to anyone and I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

A one-stop shop for all your vehicle needs. Highly reputable and extremely trustworthy. When dealerships and other shop gives you a hard time, ACI is always there to save the day. 10/10

Where do I start? Dropped off my 2006 GTO to get tuned, and have my brand new Pypes tailpipes installed/welded. I added that my gas gauge wasn't working, nor was the AC, they said I needed a new fuel pump unit. And my AC line was broken. They said they searched but couldn't find a fuel pump and 2 months later I get the car back. The bill was $2700, including an unauthorized oil change for $225.(Motel Oil/AC Delco filter) ((my 1 day old oil was Amsoil Signature Series/ KnN filter)) They respectfully refunded me that. So when I left the shop, after 8 minutes of driving my left tailpipe fell off. Brand new, scraped on the highway. I looked and it wasn't welded. INSTEAD they cut off the flange to my new tailpipe and clamped it even tho I provided a new flange to weld to my tail pipe, which I also supplied brand new as well. The charge for the tail pipe install was just shy of $650. They put it back on again. Also found out they used a copper gasket type stuff on my pipe connections. When I asked about the welding, they THEN told me they don't weld there? Can't forget that they left my AC/Heater knob/control, completely apart in the back, had to put in the wind up coil and such myself to get the heat to work. The AC leak was actually the AC condenser, so I ordered a new line for nothing. They also raised my coilovers a bit for me and when I checked them this year, the locking rings on both sides were not tight, and turning/vibrating themselves loose. This all happened last year and because I'm still dealing with the exhaust issue, pipe fell off three times total since because it's clamped and I spent $2500 and never even got a tune because apparently they couldn't get someone for two months to tune it, thats why I'm posting this, to let anyone else know to beware. From what I hear and see, the Wrap department is flawless but the auto shop in my opinion not so much. Their reputation is just a false reputation. None of this is made up, my car in person and it's issues described here did happen and are still happening.
