“Once again Daddios saved the day! My dad hit a big rock which blew out 2 tires and destroyed the rims. The insurance wanted to total the car without even putting it on a lift. I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! Daddios had the right doughnut spare for me and along with my spare went for a test ride after which it was plainly obvious that the rest of the car was unaffected by the rock... Thanks for having the right part, right when I really needed it! You guys are the best!”
“I had damage to my 1 year old car due to another drivers recklessness. Having read good reviews, I took my car to Sakib at JC Auto body for an estimate. He and his staff performed the work to restore my car. Sakib always called with any changes and updates while they were repairing my car, which I greatly appreciated. He worked together with my insurance company to provide the best service. When I came to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to my car. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my car looked!!! It was restored to looking even better than prior to the incident!!! Everything was spotless!!! I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Sakib and JC Auto body to anyone needing work on their vehicle!!!

“Im so pissed right now.... i called to see if they had my part, they said they did about 20 minutes before I was gonna be there. I called AGAIN .....
once again, they told me they had my part and the price. I was gonna be all set, get there, they don't have my part. They wanna send me to some sketchy warehouse that's 8i minutes down the road, I literally have about 10 minutes to get there before they close get there within the allotted time. And not only is the building sketchy as hell but there's nobody there walk around, knock, Bang, nothing I came all the way from Waterbury to get this part for my car and now I gotta come back!!!
Terrible customer service. You shouldn't tell somebody you have their part, have them. Come all the way out there and then not have it. Send them to another location when that location is closed.
So this was my initial review, but they did take the time out to explain to me what happened and make it right So i can give them 3 more stars, not 4. Because it should have never happened in the first place. But we're all human right.”
