Give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever had I go in there to purchase something. He’s on the phone with his headphones and doesn’t say one word he sees me walking around the store looking for something does not ask me if I need any help or anything eventually, I find it on my own and during the whole process, he does not pause from his conversation one time to speak to me. He just spends the Card machine around to me to pay never spoke once once again worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I was a regular customer here despite their super high prices. They're the most expensive shop in the valley. I went in to get a $3.75 single tall beer and was told that I'd be charged an extra $1 because I wanted to use a debit card. I said okay, I'll buy 2 because I assumed the fee was because they may have a $5 minimum and I was then told I'd be charged 50 cents. I walked out and will never return.

Went into this store for the first time. The “owner” was behind the counter, clearly intoxicated. Try to overcharge us by $45 and then when we brought it to his attention he became mildly argumentative. After we mutually added up the actual cost and agreed on the total he slipped a higher price into the card reader and still overcharge us by $20! Scammers. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Shameful!!

I'm sick of spending money on Uber only to find you've closed early yet again. This time I even called 1st and was told you close at 9 only to arrive at 7:58 to lights off, door locked & a car in front pull away. On a Saturday night! It's beyond ridiculous at this point.UPDATE: Your reply to my post says you close at 9 on Saturdays, didn't you read my post? I got there 2 minutes before 8 on Saturday night and you were closed! Would you like to see my expensive Uber receipt that shows the time? And FYI, CT regulations are 6 on Sundays, not 5.2ND UPDATE: There you have it folks, perfect example of their idea of customer service! 1. You said state regs were 5 on Sundays so I corrected you. 2. Two witnesses (& dated receipt) prove you were closed 3. Why in the world would I lie & make this up?! And 4. I CAN'T DRIVE BECAUSE I'M DISABLED!! So thank you for offending an entire community with your inappropriate comment to "save my money and buy a car"!!And don't worry, after being a loyal customer for 15+ years, prior to even your ownership, I took my business elsewhere that evening!FINAL UPDATE!!IF I COULD DRIVE I WOULDN'T SPEND A SMALL FORTUNE ON UBER!! YOU'VE KNOW IDEA THE HARDSHIP SOME OF US GO THRU!! HOW DARE YOU CALL ME A LIAR??!IVE ALSO NEVER, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, ASKED ANY STORE FOR CREDIT!! YOU'RE NOT ONLY ACCUSING A DISABLED PERSON OF LYING ABOUT THEIR DISABILITY, YOU'RE CROSSING A LINE BY TRYING TO DEFAME MY CHARACTER!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE!!I'm now wondering if this even is AL! What business owner risks their livelihood with such vile replies (this isnt your 1st one)! If I'm wrong & this is Al, then you should be ashamed of yourself!! And this really is my last reply. Shame for you.

The employees smoke cigarettes inside and are more interested in their social interactions than working at times. They also questioned the ID of my 30 yr old friend even after it scanned and he had been there multiple times previously. There are 2 other good liquor stores with in walking distance;)

Pulled in at 9:21pm on a Friday night and it was dark/locked up even though clear as day sign outside says they close at 10pm and the Google hours also reflect 10pm close. Not only do their prices suck and limited wine selection that can make do in a pinch but now this- I’ll never come here again.
