After having a basement that was receiving water during elevated periods of rain, Connecticut basement resolved my issue immediately. Joseph and his team were incredibly informative, and acted as a partner versus a company trying to sell me.I simply wish I did the project sooner!

3 times repairing a Crack in our foundation 3 days I took off work. And still have the shop vac. Standing ready for every rain storm. Ct basements have never come to see the water leaking. Anyways this pic is what still happens every rain storm and the water is leaking from the bottom of the step they warenty their work but havnt had the time to take off of work..AGAIN

Referred my mom to CBS, initially she was put on hold for 30 minutes, she called back another time and was never called back by anyone, then finally two and a half weeks in someone did show up at the house. Their solution to the issue was not something my mother wanted. She said she felt pressured by the representative ... Her words "he was pushy", she never agreed to move forward on any work however they emailed her a contract nonetheless. I previously I saw a lot of comments that were very positive. Unfortunately I cannot give them one on this because of the statements I just made.

I have to admit i was skeptical about getting our basement water issue under control. We suffered for years with water in our basement. When we received the estimate from the salesman the project seemed expensive. From our standpoint it was a lot of money. However something needed to be done to stop the damage and to restore our living space. I waited a year to make a review because i wasn't sure what the results would be. We have had record breaking rain over the year and i have to say our basement issue has been completely resolved. I honestly shocked that this system has delivered on everything that was promised. We would even get water in our basement when the snow melted in the spring. This has been money well spent. Its amazing. The entire team from the receptionist to the salesman to the installers have been a pleasure to work with work. THey are reliable to the "T". All i can say is if you need to solve a water in basement problem, do not hesitate to call the Larry Janesky team.

We had an existing sump pump in our house that had a primary and a backup battery pump, anytime we lost power we had to go to the basement and silence the alarm. The Sump pump pit was very shallow at less than 12 inches so the pump would run frequently and there was not much margin if the sump pump failed since the sump pump pit was so shallow, we opted to change the sump pump because it kept tripping the circuit breaker.CT Basment systems installed their Triple Safe Sump pump solution and re-ran new two new lines inside for the Primary and the Backup Pump, in case we get so much water both pumps need to run at the same time, since it was a retrofit the cost was cheaper than a full instalation. The new sump pump installation is nice and tidy and we don't have to service the backup battery like we did on the old Battery operated pump.The crew was fast and efficient was in and out in~2-2 1/2 hours, post instalation they showed the system and explained how it worked.

Jony and his crew did a beautiful job, and left my house spotless. I was expecting to have some post-construction clean-up, but not with these guys! Cisco and his team were wonderful. They were polite, conscientious, worked quickly and took care to avoid my irrigation system when installing the outside drainage. They came prepared and finished it all in 1 day AND left the jobsite clean when done. I also want to add that I appreciated how respectful they were of my health issues and their efforts to accommodate me. Cisco and crew made the experience great. Thank you!

Two major rain storms in two months raised the water table in our neighborhood and water bubbled up from under the basement slab both times. We were referred to Don Godbout and he was able to schedule an appointment with us sooner, rather than later. We signed our contract on Jan. 31 for a partial basement repair and Don emailed us first thing the next morning with a March 18 install appointment. On Feb 14 we received a call from Tonya asking if they could do the install the next day! The crew of 4 arrived promptly at 10am when they said they would and got right to work under the direction of Garfield. They were careful to cover the floors and hang additional plastic coverings on the shelving in the work area. They worked efficiently and were driving away in just under 5 hours. The work area was left clean and organized. Garfield explained the work that was done and the new equipment installed.
