CVS is a popular pharmacy that has received mixed reviews from customers. The staff, particularly the cashiers and shelf stockers, are often praised for their dedication and hard work, despite the challenging circumstances they sometimes face, such as outdated cash registers and issues with coupon acceptance. The pharmacy, however, seems to have some areas that need improvement. The level of professionalism and attentiveness of the pharmacy staff can vary, with some customers reporting excellent experiences and others encountering problems, such as incorrect text alerts about medication availability. There have also been instances where the pharmacy has had to shut down completely during staggered lunch hours, which is considered unprofessional. Despite these issues, many customers have expressed appreciation for the pharmacists' efforts to ensure patient safety, such as calling to check for potential drug interactions and allergies. The pharmacists are often described as knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer customers' questions. Overall, CVS appears to be a mixed bag, with strong customer service in some areas and room for improvement in others, particularly when it comes to the pharmacy's efficiency and consistency. Customers' experiences seem to depend heavily on the specific staff members they interact with and the particular circumstances they encounter.
Michelle, the young lady who checked me out, was very nice and polite. I said Olivia, not Michelle

Damned if you show up at 9:56pm. Apparently their “system” closes 4 minutes before 10:00pm, and this location will refuse you service if you show up at 9:56pm, even though you have four minutes of time to shop, but hell forbid.
