A great gym made even better under new ownership! There is a variety of equipment for people of all experience levels. All members have been pleasant and welcoming. The facility is always very clean and the owner is always bringing in something new to improve member experience. Great energy in this place!

Really nice gym if you’re in the Seymour area, super clean, friendly staff, and great equipment. This gym definitely gives off great bodybuilding vibes and I love it there! The owner Bryan is a pretty chill guy too.
