I banked with Peoples for 20 years, and I’m changing from the company that bought them M&T after less than a year because they are incompetent.So much in house isn’t done electronically for some reason, and so much needs to be handled online or over the phone.I had my fraud detection wrongly triggered 7 times in 3 days.It’s a 45 minutes call to get that fixed, because their text system never works.And when I try to get it resolved over the phone, after being on hold for the third time that day, they hang up on me.I will no longer trust these people with all of my money in the world.

I Have to say they are the most helpful people I have dealt with in banking. I had some issues because of a lost wallet the manager Roberto was understanding and very helpful.
