I Have to say they are the most helpful people I have dealt with in banking. I had some issues because of a lost wallet the manager Roberto was understanding and very helpful.

3:25 pm and closed? No one showed up to work? Not a Holliday. Update your hours or something if you are closing or not opening at all. Drove here for nothing.

I've had excellent experience with customer support! When my client, who is elderly, was unable to walk into the branch to complete some transactions, the bankers went out of their way to meet with her and help her out! They have also taken the time to review her account and advise on smart, appropriate financial action that would benefit her general financial organization and banking needs. The staff has shown genuine care for their customer and a willingness to assist in every which way possible. Thank you Christine Aliman for being the greatest Branch Manager! And thank you to all who assisted as well! I highly recommend banking with People's United Bank and with this branch in particular! Go Seymour!

I can't say enough awful things about this branch. My fiancé and I applied at least 4 months ago for a business credit card for our small and growing business. After a few weeks of hearing nothing we hear from an Ashley who says they are working on it. A month goes by and again no call or letter so we call again. This time there manager isn't in and they are reviewing applications. Ok sounds reasonable let's go another month. We call back and after a few a very huffy conversations they say oh you've been approved it's on the managers desk and the card is shipping out. A few weeks and we call back to be told that Ashley screwed up and we aren't approved. Totally cool! All I wanted is an answer, however a Rogers said they were looking at it again and would get back to us. Now I was confused. I thought this was done. After weeks more of back and forth and phone tag and horrible excuses and different status updates depending which incompetent employee I spoke with. Finally after a few calls and messages we now got a Roger on the phone and he says his manager won't be a available for a very long time.. what does that mean? He's not there? Are you so bad at your job you're scared of of taking this to them? Anyways worse employees. I understand why people hate banks so much. Very incompetent branch, very lazy, and no one knows up from down. Do you business elsewhwre unless you want a bunch of children handling you banking. I am scared to give them ANY of my business from now on. I will be pulling out all accounts with Peopels Bank and switching because of Ashley, Roger and Seymour Bank of America's invisible manager. Kick rocks Peoples!

The staff at this bank counter is generally quite friendly, and they are open more frequently than most banks. There are also two ATMs that are always open.
