Thank you Len, and your staff, for 30+ years of our packages getting shipped and to their destinations perfectly!
I've been here hundreds of times over the years, sending thousands of packages. Overall my experience has been pleasant, dealing with kind staff eager to help me get my packages scanned and on their way.
This can be a very busy place with a line of people waiting out the door, but busy times are handled efficiently, and it's very rare to spend more than 15 minutes there even with a line. Try to avoid lunch hour, that's the busiest time for sure!
I hope you can get through the flood damage repairs quickly, we need our UPS store back ASAP, and our packages shipped easily again!

Wow, wow, wow. I'm in shocked.
If there were a way to give ZERO stars, I would. The experience at this UPS store was shockingly unpleasant. I arrived early, as the website indicated it was open, only to find the door locked. Along with three other customers, I waited patiently. When the door finally opened, we were met with a woman who had an incredibly rude attitude. It's astonishing how someone can be so nasty so early in the day. Her arrogance and lack of service orientation were appalling. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect or deserve. Avoid this place if you can!
