“If you are looking for excellent veterinary care and a very welcoming environment, this is the place! Everyone is honestly the best here. We've established a relationship with Seymour Veterinary Hospital for our babies, two cats, Andromeda and Nova and our dog Peyton. Both Dr. Gumprecht and Dr. Budris have helped with exams and excellent gentle care for our fur babies. They've fit us in extremely quick with critical appointments a few times already. Everyone is very well-spoken and clear with their advice and explanations. I've even received multiple calls to check in on our cats, who are currently on antibiotics. Even our dog, who was a rescue and is extremely anxious, did terrific with everyone in the back! Once we first got into the lobby, I knew this was where we'll be staying. I could not recommend them enough.”

“Ansonia Seymour never fails to disappoint. I’m forever grateful that Dr. Adam did everything he could for my dog Garrapata. The staff here is so friendly. They truly were supportive and kept telling me to keep them updated on my dog which ended up passing away a few hours ago. Thank you so much for treating my girl with kindness today. I highly recommend this place. I also take my cats here and my cats enjoy it!! I know that Dr. Adam did everything he could and my poor girl just wasn’t going to get any better so the best option was to put her down. Again very thankful for everything they do here. “We have been bringing our dog to Country Companions for the last 2 and a half years! Every experience has been a great experience (even if it's not our boys favorite place...I mean does anyone actually enjoy shots). They are patient and loving with him and they communicate amazingly with us! They are also responsive and helpful as we have had several sick and injury visits, as our boy has epilepsy.”

“I recently switched to Cat's corner to have a cat-only vet since it felt like they could give my cat more specific attention. Boy, was I ever so pleased!

My elder cat recently had liver levels ping on his bloodwork and I've been in and out of the vet's office so much recently that I feel like I live there. Every time I arrive everyone has been super friendly and they get me into a room right away, no waiting in the lobby. On busy days, there can sometimes be a wait in the rooms, but unlike waiting in the lobby, you can then feel free to let your little one out to roam and get comfy.

Cat's Corner is a comfortable environment for my cat. he's often just relaxing in his carrier or laying on my lap when we're waiting there.

The techs are knowledgeable, charming, and treat your cat with care and love. The Doctors are wonderful. I've primarily seen Dr. Winskey and she has gone above and beyond what I would expect from even a caring Vet's office. She's always taken the time to exam Warden with care and has sat with me to thoroughly review the findings. I'm the kind of person who will come in with a written list of questions and she took the time to give each concern attention and answer to the best of her knowledge. When there was a question that needed more research, she's taken the work with her and followed up consistently. I've been able to text and email as the situation changes and every time I've been met with kind, attentive, and fast communication.

Dr. Winskey even told me once that she had been laying awake thinking about my cat's situation one night because she felt there had been more to go over in the appointment that she had not addressed. She's checked in even when Dr. Burke was the one to run the labs because she was out. Dr. Winskey even took warden's situation to a specialist to consult with them for a second opinion.

Recently, she mapped out two different paths for us to pursue. I had originally been very against putting my elder cat through a surgery, but when I heard that it was going to be done in house at Cat's Corner, I felt a lot more at ease with the idea. This is coming from a person with high anxiety, especially about doing right by my furry life-companion. I'm surprised at myself for how calm my brain is about the idea (not 100% calm because I've still got my anxious ways, but I feel at peace with the possibility)

“Chrissy is an absolute asset to this practice. She proved her compassion and intelligence with our family dogs over 10 years ago (I was a teenager). When I got my own cat, Sunny, a little over a year ago, Chrissy once again proved herself by going above and beyond. Without me asking (or thinking of it) she found previous records on him that answered many questions right off the bat. She remembers details about my allergy-ridden boy and will save samples or info about new products and scour the internet when his food is out of stock. She will always listen, learn, and give honest advice no matter what silly question I ask
Dr. Marotta is a stellar doctor. He is compassionate, thorough, and will make sure you understand every detail of care. He will sit on the floor with Sunny the entire visit, only putting him on the exam table when it’s time to do the actual exam. He isn’t afraid and trusts him the same way I do. He and his assistant drew blood and gave a vaccine right in the room with nothing more than a towel to make a loose kitty burrito. They didn’t take him to the back or hold him too tightly, scruff him, stuff him in his carrier, nothing.
Chrissy, Dr. Marotta, and every tech/assistant I’ve had over the years are kind and trustworthy and love my baby (almost) as much as I do.
Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, my cat gets better heathcare than I do. Yes, it’s worth every penny.”

“Dr. Broderick, Dennis and their staff are wonderful. When we adopted a rescue kitten who almost died Dr. B took care of him when our vet didn't respond to our call. We have taken all of our pets there ever since. Veterinary care is not inexpensive, and Dr. B is fair and reasonable. He is professional and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice!”

“They have been phenomenal for our 4year old cat. She is feisty and has unfortunately had quite a list of health issues over the past year and a half. Last year she became very sick basically overnight. Our previous primary "low cost" vet was impossible to get a hold of. I was frantically calling every vet I could find and no one was willing to fit her in as a new patient. They were so kind and did what they could to get us seen.
