Trustworthy, professional and consistently pristine work. I have had 2 different cars repaired there and the work has been fantastic. Worked with Kyle on this last visit. It was the end of the day and I hoped to just get a quick verbal quote. He took the time to go over everything in detail and explained my options. He was able to get the parts quickly and my car was done in one day as promised. You may not meet them under the best of circumstances but you are guaranteed to walk away feeling much better.

My daughter-in-law's SUV was in a major accident and Sharon AB fixed her SUV quickly and like new. Also they had the SUV inspected so that it would not be fined when it left the shop. They put $20 gas because it was almost empty. For the above they did not charge 4 their time. And they offered to pick the driver up from the train station if necessary. Also not charging 4 their time. Trevor made a stressful event much less stressful. When there is an "Oh no" Sharon AB is the place 2 go.

After taking my car to two other auto body shops and essentially being rejected by them due to supposed difficulties getting parts, "length of wait time to do the repairs" and general lack of confidence, on my part, that these businesses actually wanted the job, I took my dearly loved 2011Toyota Land Cruiser to Sharon Auto Body- a place recommended to me by a local doctor. What a contrast to the other area shops!!!! I was welcomed with friendliness and warmth. My many needed exterior repairs were thoroughly reviewed and evaluated. A clear, professional, detailed estimate was presented to me with the approximate length of time needed to complete the work. And the best news of all was this: Just as promised and on time, when I picked up my old, trusted vehicle, I honestly didn't recognize it at first. It was given a face-lift! This car has carried me over 160,000 miles and now, thanks to professional workmanship and a new improved appearance, it will carry me on many new adventures to come! I'm absolutely certain you'll be equally impressed with the team at Sharon Auto Body! Thanks to all!

I wish this nightmare with these people would end. So now over a month after they had my car hit in their parking lot. I was assured they would cover all expensive and do right by THEIR MISTAKE!!!! They did not pay the bill for the Enterprise... I was charged $144.96 on October 5. I have called my insurance company and insured, they would have this fix. Two weeks later on October 12, I received 83.04. They still owe me as of 12/1/22 $61.92. I called them today and spoke to a man named Trevor, who literally kept laughed at me. I was already advised there is no owner to speak to..... So I find it funny in the response I was referred to an owner. Please have the owner call me!!!! He thought it was very funny that stealing from his customers was fine. He nonchantely stated he was waiting on a bill from enterprise. IF HE ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER HE WOULD HAVE MADE SURE THE BILL WAS PAID. THERE IS NO EXSCUSE WHY I HAVE HAD TO WAIT OVER TWO MONTH FOR MONIES THAT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED TO BEGIN WITH. UNBELIEVABLE....AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM!Service: Body & Trim
