Unbelievably awful experience. I have been a 20-year long customer of AT&T until now. Store representative was only capable of trying to push new product/upgrades on me instead of helping. Manager was nowhere to be found. For 6 customers there were only 2 workers in the store. Had to wait for 1+ hrs waiting for one of the workers to finish doing his sales pitch to a lady who almost felt uncomfortable with how long he took. The most this store could do with my issues is to advise me to contact customer support (who advised me to go to the store in the first place). After 20 years I am cancelling the plan and will not look back.

Jake B from this store deserves 10 stars not just 5. He did an amazing job and was very informative and he helped us out tremendously. If you go to this At&t location ask for him.
