This time, like every other time, I got a call from Tony a couple of hours after dropping off the car. He gave me his assessment of the repairs required, their costs, and all of the context I needed to make an informed decision about whether to perform the repair. Having an older vehicle, some repairs are just not worth it, and Tony always takes the time to explain what he did to find the problem, the extent of the repairs, how likely it is that the issue could reoccur, and whether he'd do the repair on his own vehicle.I would also particularly like to point out the speed with which C & C do all of their work - I've never left my vehicle with them for longer than 3 days, even for major repairs.
