I want to love this place because it's been here my whole life, but every time I go in there, the employees are incredibly rude! They do not offer any help and always seem annoyed when you ask questions. I love supporting local small businesses, but I've tried several times with Blanchette's and the lack of customer service just completely turns me off. Their selection is quite abysmal, too.... something I would overlook if I received service with a smile.

I went in with my sons yesterday who were so excited to purchase some sports equipment. I figured we’d support a local business instead of a big box store. Two different employees completely ignored us. We were the only ones in the store, so it’s not like they didn’t know we were there. There wasn’t a good morning or an offer to help in any way. It’s like we were invisible. They helped me teach my kids a lesson; don’t spend your money at a place with poor customer service.

Blanchettes has been an outstanding sport shop for years, been getting team uniforms and sporting equipment from them forever. Bobby is the man down there!

Terrible! They charge your credit card immediately. Then when the item doesn't show up for months they give you the run around. They promise someone will call you and you end up calling back again and again. Convenient for them, there is only one person that can help you. Wow! One person Does it all! Nice way to run a business.

Awful customer service. They don't seem too interested in making the customer feel welcomed or appreciated. They don't honor their timeline of having an item ready for pick up and they speak negatively about other customers IN FRONT of shoppers. Bad business...

I am the President of Valley Fusion softball and I am on various booster club boards for Woodland High School. I have been working with Bobby and Blanchettes Sporting Goods for over 8 years now. We use them for all of our apparel stores which are personalized to the groups needs. Using the store and purchasing items is very easy. We also purchase all of our uniforms and most of our equipment. Bobby is always willing to assist with anything I need and goes above and beyond to help me, often delivering items to me himself. I highly recommend Blanchettes for any of your apparel, uniforms, equipment and fundraising needs!

Best sporting goods store out there!! The customer service led by Bobby is spot on! We have had amazing success with our PTO selling spirit wear, the online store has had multiple successes and we love the ease that this retailer makes to accommodate its buyers. The quality of clothing is durable and has made us repeat customers. I can't recommend this company enough for sporting attire, school spirit wear and any other uniforms, sporting equipment and having them local is the icing on the cake!

I've worked with Blanchette Sporting Goods in countless capacities over the past 15 years -- whether it's been ordering uniforms and trophies for youth sports leagues, equipment for our Valley Firemen's Softball League, apparel and parade trophies for Beacon Hose Co. No. 1, or a whole bunch in between. There is no better local sports store for all these types of specialty projects.

?I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company several times over the past few years and it is always an issue. As my daughter was part of the CIAC we often had to order apparel and now I have a child in a college program that also had apparel ordered through Blanchette. This company is disgraceful. They charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed, tell you when to expect the item based on when the "store closes" for those items and then they NEVER deliver by the date promised. Bobbie lies when you reach out to him. He tried telling me on 1/8 that orders started shipping the Friday before - January 1st!!! Really, Bobbie! And right on their facebook page it says they were closed 1/1-1/3! When he finally did ship my order he chose the cheapest, slowest method - postal. But have no fear, he charged me $16 for shipping which was significantly less that the post office charged him! And when we did FINALLY receive our order the logos were not straight. My credit card was charged on 11/5, the order was SUPPOSED to be delivered by 12/9, it was not received until 1/19 and it is poor quality. I'm so glad I never have to deal with this company again! Good luck to anyone ordering from him!
