Steer clear of this branch. The tellers are robots with nothing going on upstairs. No wonder why their google scores are so pathetically low. Shame on them. They need to do a whole lot better. Who manages this branch anyhow?

Very poor customer service. Had an appointment gent never showed up. Walked out. Canceling my account and moving my money elsewhere

Upon checking reviews I guess this branch won’t last long. They give you appointments for things that they can do right away so they can minimize their work load to zero, while there are no other customers in line. Probably their work model is inspired by the DMV.
